Double-check the price, they mark-up the price when you check out. I shopped a few times in this store but never check the receipt before. This morning I came to pick up two specific items for my wife and found both items are marked up after I scanned them. I checked with the manager and she asked me confirm the item was not on the wrong rack. I have to go back to the rack and take picture of the price tag to prove it. I asked her why both items from two completely different categories are both marked up and how many my previous purchases had mark-up. She said oh this happens some time. I am not happy with this answer so I left without purchasing. Note: the manager deleted the second item from the screen when I came back with picture. The rice was tagged as $42.99 but scanned as $45.99. The hair dye was tagged as $15.99 but scanned as $16.99.

Gave it a try on the opening week but as expected wasn't very fun with the line and everything. However, when going a couple weeks after opening, it looks like everyone is settled down and more enjoyable shopping experience is created. It has a lot of options like any other H-Mart, good availability for Asian items especially Korean. Fresh seafood. Check out is a little stuffy but I think it can be taken care of as the staffs get to know the location better. Customer service is okay. The availability is great. Price can be high for some items but mostly reasonable for things that are shipped from different countries. Sorry, I only have the randomest photos of that place. My favorite drink Yakult and some interesting find of Cheetos flavored seaweed.

They sold us an expired item, but refused the return just because we didn’t have a receipt. Interesting how Home Depot (and many other stores) can only process returns with card payments — until, suddenly, they can do it with just “one scan and one card insertion.” Isn’t that even more ridiculous? We weren’t fighting over $7.16 — we were asking for basic fairness and our rights as customers. We didn’t want an expired product or a replacement we don’t want, just the return we were entitled to. Thanks to the two staff members who eventually helped us complete the return. As for the earlier “not returnable without receipt” gentleman — maybe named Paul — perhaps a bit of customer service training is in order. Pics attached, feel free to check :)

It's nice to have this here. It's almost overwhelming at first but it's a great place to inspire new recipes to try. Good selection.

Luckily they have a few electronic price checkers here and there because in a lot of places price tags aren't even up. Even if they are it's hard to find whatever correlates to it. Even when they are up, some aren't correct. So you might end up spending a little more than you imagined, not a big deal right? Expect when you want a bag for your $80 worth of groceries. No, that is 8 cent!!

Give me a break, how PETTY is that?! I can understand if it's 100% perfectly flawless on their end, but its not. I wouldn't stop everything while getting rung up to have them check a price tag with a 50 cent (Six bags worth😱) difference right? Whatever, let's keep things moving for other customers. But seriously, how precious is 8 cent?!

I don't see myself going back anytime soon, seems like a bad way to do business. But if I do I'll have them set aside everything so I can go to my car and pick eight pennies out of the ashtray. Cup your hands together for...

My experience here was awful. Zero customer service so you better know exactly what you are looking for and exactly where to find it when you walk in. I was looking for two ingredients to make my own Ramen: Ramen noodles, and pork ramen stock concentrate. I found the noodle aisle and was overwhelmed with all the options and not really knowing what I was looking for. The internet said ramen noodles were "alkaline wheat noodles". I asked three different employees where I could find plain uncooked ramen noodles, I specified NOT instant, and they pointed me toward the instant ramen packages or the pre-cooked noodles. I looked around for a while and finally asked a couple who were shopping in the noodle aisle who sounded like they knew what they were talking about. They helped me find what I needed. Next, I asked two other employees to help me find the stock concentrate. They both said "I don't know". After wandering around the store frustrates for about 45 minutes I eventually left with only the noodles. Never...

Dear, Customer Service Team,

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the consistent lack of assistance I’ve experienced in the accessories section of your store. There is a young Korean woman, likely in her 30s, with the last name Kim, who appears to work in that department. Unfortunately, she has been repeatedly unhelpful during my visits. Rather than engaging with customers or offering assistance, she is often preoccupied with her phone and seems disengaged from her responsibilities. Additionally, her English communication is quite limited, which makes it difficult to get even basic support or information when needed. While I understand that not every employee may be fluent in English, I do expect a certain level of attentiveness and professionalism—especially in a customer-facing role. This ongoing lack of support has negatively impacted my shopping experience, and I believe it should be addressed to maintain the standards expected...
