Alright, listen up, burger aficionados of Redmond! I recently braved the wilds of Red Robin, and let me tell you, it was a wild ride of saucy, cheesy, carb-loaded glory. First off, the service was so fast, I swear they had a burger-teleportation device hidden in the kitchen. I blinked, and BAM! Burger. The staff were so friendly, I half-expected them to join me in a spontaneous conga line. Now, the menu. It's like they threw every delicious thing imaginable into a blender and then asked, "How do we make this a burger?" Seriously, the choices are overwhelming, in a good way, like choosing a superpower. And then there's the onion ring tower. A tower. It's like they're challenging you to a fried onion joust. I accepted, naturally. And let's not forget the funky tablet thingy on the table. It's like a tiny robot waiter that lets you order dessert before you’ve even finished your burger. It whispers sweet nothings about bottomless fries. I'm pretty sure it's judging my life choices, but hey, the fries were great. So, if you're looking for a burger experience that's less "meal" and more "carnival of deliciousness," Red Robin Redmond is your place. Just be prepared to loosen your belt. And maybe fight an onion ring tower.

Red Robin is always a reliable choice for a casual meal, and this location definitely lives up to the reputation. I stopped by last weekend with a couple of friends, and we had a great experience. The staff was super friendly from the moment we walked in. Our server was attentive without being overbearing, and she made some excellent menu recommendations when we were stuck deciding between the burgers. I went with the Whiskey River BBQ Burger, and wow—it was juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The BBQ sauce and crispy onion straws were perfect together. Of course, the bottomless fries are a highlight. They came out fresh and hot, and the campfire sauce is a must-try if you haven’t had it. We also shared the Towering Onion Rings as an appetizer, which came stacked high and crispy. The atmosphere was lively but not too noisy, so we could chat comfortably. The only downside was that our food took a little longer than expected, but the server kept us updated and even brought extra fries while we waited, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a great experience. Whether you’re craving a good burger or just want a laid-back place to hang out, Red Robin hits the spot. I’ll definitely be back!

Well, it's kid friendly...they've got that going for them. And the kid's menu has a few healthy not-fried-not-cheese options. So, we end up going here occasionally. The past three visits this year haven't been too great regarding service. It used to be that they checked on you and took care of you so we'll it was a little disruptive. Now, it's slow, incorrect orders, poor quality (the kid's corn side is like eating paper) and not hot. Honestly, I just end up eating stuff that's less than good since I can't waste the time waiting for a new dish to be made since I'm dining with a young child. (Unless it's something I really can't eat like the bun that got sent back tonight.) I found the one broccoli floret as my son's chosen side kind of ridiculous. Good thing they're bottomless! Bottom line: it's decent for kids, but I prefer Feed Co burgers in Redmond.

I normally patronize the Issaquah location but was in Redmond with my business partner and we were hungry after a busy morning... Honestly, this was the worst experience I've had in any restaurant in a very long time... We were seated right away and our drink orders were taken but it probably took almost 10 minutes for my non-alcoholic drink to come and another couple of minutes beyond that for someone to bring my partner's bar drink. They took our orders for food and almost 30 minutes passed before we even saw our server in our section again. When they brought out the meals they clearly had been sitting for quite some time and the fries were cold. Something between 5 and 10 minutes passed before we were able to flag down someone who wasn't our server to tell them that I needed new fries. Another 10 minutes passed before they brought any. It was really quite unacceptable in the middle of lunch time not to be able to get an order of freshly made fries in less than 10 minutes. You know that they had stacks of them in the back but they weren't being brought out to our table... My burger was almost raw in the middle. I waited on almost another 10 minutes to find the server again to take it back and I had been trying to make my way through the burger picking around the raw parts and ultimately just gave up. We were there for almost an hour and 10 minutes for two burgers with fries and two drinks and most of that time was spent waiting. It was not extraordinarily busy. If they have been slammed I could have understood it. If there was nobody in there I actually could have understood it. But this was there were tables occupied and there were servers available and it still wasn't right. No adjustment was made to our bill at all for any inconvenience but I did notice when I got my credit card statement that the bill had been adjusted down somewhat. I'm not sure how they decided how much to take off but they did take off something. That would have been the right thing to have done to my face while I was there in the restaurant. After the fact, it was interesting but not relevant not to be able to speak to a manager, even to find a manager, at the time this was going on. We'll still go to the Issaquah location but this is actually the second bad or almost bad experience at the Redmond location so I likely won't...

The food was good but the service left something to be desired. When we arrived we expected to have to wait. It was a Friday night. We gave the hostess our name, which she got wrong, and told her there were two of us. We were told it would be 20-25 minutes, no problem. Another couple came in about 5 minutes later and checked in then sat down. Less than 5 minutes later they were called to a table. When I checked with the hostess, in case she missed us, I was told that it was because they only had two. I told her we only had two and were there before them and she said she had us down for four. We finally got to a table and, I timed it, nobody came to us for 11 minutes. Finally a wait staff was going by and dropped a napkin which my wife picked up for her and she asked if anyone had been there yet. She was not our wait person and had she not dropped the napkin who knows how long we would have sat there. We placed our drink order with her. Someone else brought our drinks. Finally after another almost 15 minutes our wait staff came to our table. We placed our order including an appetizer and a to good order. My wife could see the food holding area and shortly after we placed our order a short stack of onion rings showed up. I began timing and seconds short of 12 minutes the onion rings were removed and delivered to us. I checked them and they were barely warm. There were sent back without replacing. Our food was delivered by a different person. The hamburgers were delicious. We had not been asked how we wanted them done and even though it was cooked more than I normally like it was still very good and juicy. Shortly after we finished eating our wait person informed us there was going to be a delay on the to-go order since they were backed up. I told her to forget it since we had to go. The manager did come to speak with us. The manager made sure the appetizer and to-go were removed from the check and gave us a gift card for our troubles. I initially declined the card but her insisted so I took it. His actions were appreciated and we most likely will go back but unfortunately it will be with some poor...

My wife and I have had many poor experiences at this Red Robin, but this time was so frustrating that I had to write a review.

We got there about 5:45 pm on a Monday, there were a decent number of customers but not overly busy. We were seated right away and told that the server would be over shortly. He came over and took our drink orders, a soda for me and a milkshake (no whip or sprinkles) for my wife. He came back about 5-7 minutes later with my drink asking if we were ready to order. We said yes, we ordered an appetizer and our food. I finished my drink, and in about 7 minutes the appetizer came out. He came back about 5 minutes later asking how the appetizer was. I said salty and asked for a refill and asked about the milkshake. He said he'd go get it right now. While he was gone our food came out. He came back with the drinks, but the milkshake had whip and sprinkles on it. I said something and he said he'd go take care of it. He came back 2 minutes later with the whipped cream just scooped out of the same cup, you could see the residue on the sides. I finished another soda while we ate our food. After we were done eating, he came back over and asked if we needed anything. I said a to-go container for the milkshake, he left, and came back 7 minutes later with a cup. I spoke to a manager afterwards and was told, "he's new".

If you want better service go to the other Redmond...
