Drew Dussault is an excellent salesman and represents this dealership and the luxury GM brands with professionalism, care, warmth, and integrity.
He went out of his way to make the shopping, buying, and follow ups easy and efficient. He fielded all my questions honestly, and readily provided his expertise on the spot, and was quick to research any answers he didn't know off the top of his head.
I was shopping and buying on a limited timeframe, and after working hard to get me the options that I wanted at a price I was comfortable with, the manager there, Nate (Nathan), even handled all my paperwork signing because I didn't have time to wait in line for the finance department before having to head to work. I literally wouldn't have had time without him stepping up--Talk about above and beyond.
I did end up getting the chance to interact with Kelly in finance when I returned to sign one more item, and she couldn't have been nicer.
The entire team there is phenomenal. Highly recommend Drew if you're shopping for a high-end GM vehicle. He's the kind of genuine and truly helpful associate you want to have on hand to make your car buying experience a good one.

I have purchased two vehicles from Brotherton Cadillac, and used their Service Department for routine maintenance, and this is one of the best teams I have ever encountered at any business, not just Car Dealerships.
I had such a great experience while buying the first car from them, that when it came time to trade in, I went right back, and was so fortunate to have the same team who helped me before: Drew, Nate, and Kelly.
Drew is so helpful, kind, and professional. He makes himself part of your team, and ensures that you are equipped with the knowledge you need to make informed decisions, and is quick to look anything up that provides further information for you. There is never any pressure, and he’s more like your guide than your sales person.
Nate worked tirelessly with both my purchases to find me the best options for financing, and even though I was pre-approved this last time with my own bank, he was able to find me a better deal. And, he is knowledgeable and creative in finding ways to make the money work for you.
And Kelly, she makes what’s normally the dull tedious job of signing all the paperwork into something fun and engaging. Sitting down at her desk over paperwork is more like sitting down with a good friend to chat over lunch.
And getting my car serviced there is quick and easy. Their website allows you to schedule, change, or cancel appointments readily. They were prompt and communicative with the work I had done. I’m always hesitant when getting auto repair at a new place, because you don’t know if you can trust them… Brotherton did exactly the work I scheduled, let me know that some things I thought would need to be done could wait, and there were no hidden fees.
You can really tell that the team at Brotherton likes working there, because they pass that good experience on to you. Can’t recommend this...

This dealership first of all is pretty difficult to get to because of the location at the end of 2 adjoining highways. The staff here was very unprofessional and we would definitely not recommend purchasing a vehicle thru this business. We live about 2.5-3 hours away and went to look at a truck on Monday afternoon. We drove it and went home to talk about it and decided we were going to buy it. The advertised price was $52,771. We were planning to purchase outright and called to see whom we should get the cashier's check made out to. Arrived at the dealership Tuesday afternoon and then started the typical used car shipping experience you expect from a sleezy dealership. We began by offering 45k (expecting then to come back somewhere around 49-50k) but no they come back with 54k?! Yes more than the listed price bc they said they have a $999 document processing fee and a $999 fee for some security system they installed, this being already listed in the listing off the vehicle included in the price of$52771. And to make a long drawn out story short, after a lot of them trying to justify their on-site additional costs to attempt to get as much money as they could from this cash deal since they weren't making any money on financing, the final offer we got was_$53850, yes their final offer was more than the listed price by over$1100. Ok so we liked the vehicle but is was a2019 with 96k miles but we're willing to pay their price only because we were ready to be done shopping for a truck and dealing with these people. We get ready to sign paperwork and they say they can't let the truck leave without showing it was insured, yes we were not financing and were paying in full before walking away but they demanded to see proof the truck was insured. Ok done, last straw was that they came out after all this nonsense and said we could pay for the truck but would have to come back in 2-3 days to pick up the truck as they have to wait for the cashier's check drawn off of Banner Bank made out to them, to clear the bank. Yes leave the truck after paying in full 45k cashier's check and balance in cash and drive back home 3 hours and come back 3 hours each way for a 3rd time after basically cash was on their hands for the truck. Needless to say we said no deal and left and we are not buying a vehicle from this dealership and have bought a similar similar vehicle with 1/3 the miles for less money. Read moreLet me just start off with the front desk ladies are very helpful & nice. No issues there. Especially Angela, shout out to her, she was nice, patient, and helpful. I am disappointed with some of the customer service I received in the service department... We received a couple of free services from them which was nice, but the gaslighting was awful. Before taking the car in for service, I had called Brotherton several times to see if we were on the same page about what kind of services was going to be done because I told them I am driving from an hour away and don't want to waste my time. Everything was okay'd on the phone. I even called the day before the service to make sure we were still good. Everything was okay'd. The day of service, I show up and check in and then some excuse was made as to having to pay for the tires they said they would put on for free. I told them I had called several times before this appointment and why did nobody tell me this until I show up? They ended up putting the tires on for free like they said; which was nice because that situation actually really irritated me. When I got home, I checked out the tires. There were three tires missing the valve stem caps. Before I brought the car in for service I had only one valve stem cap missing. I called them the same day and asked if they could send the valve stem caps to me via mail since I live an hour away. The person I spoke to said yes we will mail them out to you. I waited from September 1st to September 12 to receive anything from them in the mail. I called them and asked them if they had ever sent out the caps. The service person had the audacity to tell me when I brought the car in, the car was missing all of the valve stem caps. Like for real? Why would I lie about something like this? And if they really thought this, why didn't they communicate with me instead of ghosting me making me wonder when I'm going to get the valve stem caps in the mail. How hard is it to make a simple phone call? What makes it worse is that they told me I was missing the valve stem caps on the car when I brought them in, but I have pictures with them on? I'm not crazy dude! Nice gaslighting though. At the end of the phone call, the service person said they would mail them out today. Thanks... :-/
