The Habit Burger Grill — Restaurant in Rialto

Wish I could put zero because I've been in this restaurant over five times and not once have they gotten my order correct but every time I go there there's employees talking about nonsense nothing to do with work ignoring the customers not making eye contact talking about what happened in school that day having customer stand at the front of the register waiting to be acknowledged not even a hello I'll be right with you the workers here clearly do not care about you or their job that's clear I will no longer visit this restaurant especially since there is no contact phone number for corporate to talk to them directly extremely poor business practices I to adventure to guess this location won't be open for much longer if they continue to hire workers such as these wish I could post photos of the burnt fries that I received and I can't send you photos of the missing items on my receipt and in my bag when you repeat an order and someone corrects you because you got something wrong on the repeat you're supposed to fix it and do something about it not ignore it completely but that's what they do here so watch out spend your money somewhere else go across the street to Panda Express Chick-fil-A and other restaurants within walking distance for better service and better experience do not trust this habit Burger I know I won't ever again and I'm more than likely will not receive a response to this review from management...

Worked in the fast food business for a good 4 years at in n out burger if I could give a no star I would I believe your supposed to ask how would you like your burger cooked at this spot I could be wrong but when I got up to order I feel like I was rushed they didnt ask me how would you like your meat cooked then we got our food my burger was ok but my wife's burger was basically raw the pinkest meat I've ever seen in my life!! Even when they took the burger back everyone who worked there looked super shocked at how pink the meat was which you can get sick by eating raw meat .! They replaced my wife's burger and I asked to talk to a manager and just some employee came to talk to me and said sorry that was it no manager ever came out to talk to a un satisfied customer .. very unprofessional thought that is what managers are for . Everyone there looks like there still in high school and doesnt care.. including the cook hopefully no one else experiences what I did will not being going back to this location and called corporate as well 0 star review not...

Terrible! I’ll try and make this simple, my husband and I ordered our food online at 8:40PM letting us know that our food would be ready by 9PM to pick up. My husband goes in and let’s them know he placed an order and little does he know they respond to him saying “only the shake you ordered popped up nothing else” and he proceeded to show them the email of what other things he ordered and they proceeded to say “sorry we never knew anything of an online order, well begin to make your food right away.” Which clearly it has now been 40MIN! by this time my shake has already melted so he is in need to order another, and I am at home waiting and it is already 9:44PM and barely they began making our food, when he arrived at 9PM. He is not mean nor are we but when we know their is terrible service we know! We don’t hesitate to share our experience. This was our first time trying and clearly might be our last....
