Tillys — Local services in Rialto

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. We waited 13 hours for the GREAT GRAND OPENING to Tillys, just to be met with unfairness and disappointment. The owner or manager of the place met us at the door and the first 100 people in line could get up to a 500 dollar gift card. Me and my friends were the first ten people in line and the owner asked how long we were in line, in which we answered since 9pm last night. The store opens at 10am btw. The owner was shocked we were there so early so when he gets the stack of gift cards, all with sticky notes with how much each is worth, we thought we would have a good chance to get a good reward. But boy were WE WRONG. This man “shuffles” the cards but tell me why the people who camped all night got 10–20 dollars worth of gift card. And what makes it better is that the last people in line who just casually saw the line and decided to join cause why not got the 500 and other much better gift cards. I am genuinely disappointed with the customer service. You'd think as a new store you'd make sure to provide people with exceptional customer service to make a lasting impression.. but what I got was no one able to help me find a sweater that said was available to pickup online but did not see inside the store. Saw a girl go to back stock to get something for another customer but when I asked her I was replied to with an attitude and she said they didn't have it in the back when clearly online it said otherwise. Tillys prides itself to make you feel like you're a friend while shopping but they would rather not interact with you here. I dont think I'll be coming back to this Tillys. I Would rather make the drive to Redlands where i am at...

DISAPPOINTED! To see that there was a Tillys close to me FINALLY! Couldn’t be more excited! And to hear about there grand opening I made sure I was there early! I support Tillys! I go shopping there for anything and everything! And always recommend to family and friends. I get there at 5am with my sister and boyfriend hoping we would get some well worth goodies! We were probably the first 20 people in line! Finally it’s 10am and a lot of people left but these two girls came with NO wristband and they STILL gift cards I even mentioned to the manager they had just arrived and he let it be. So unfair to me an everyone else who woke up early and to only get $10 gift cards!? So upset and disappointed. I don’t think I will be shopping with...
