The place is a great option for lunch, but I'm not sure about this specific location. There's one older lady there who was fairly rude to us for making a mistake ordering, directly after she blatantly ignored my lady who asked for a wabba bowl aand waited for me to speak for her. It threw me off, aand When my lady made a common mistake, as told to us by the manager who was fixing the issue, she muttered rudely that we said "you wabba bowl". I've never gotten sick eating here the 3 times I've gone, and I've always gotten the tacos. The tacos are beyond delicious and wabbas always a healthy choice, but this location, all three times, smelt like a fart, something dead/rotting, or a flat out sewage leak. The last two times I didn't pay and the smell made me wait outside and question the food. Sadly I don't think I'm going back, specifically because of how the smell makes me feel about the food and the experience as a whole. Why haven't they fixed that, it's a big issue? If my aunt or girlfriend would have just decided for anything else, I wouldnt of been back. Food I ordered prepared fast, hot and tasted great. 3rd time ordering from this location. Ordering tips for walk in orders: #1. speak loud, there's a plexiglass dividing you and the cashier plus it's chicken chopping pounding loud in there. 2. ask if condiments are included or surcharge. (Restaurant should be asking if amount for condiments is a yes or no) #3. Your order number printed largley top center. #4. Listen to when your order number is yelled out for you. #5. Show your receipt pick up and dine in or go. I'm not employed or being paid by waba grill or it's affiliates for this review. Just posting a great review for a gray experience. When I told the shift manager, she said her name was princess. She gave me a side of chicken, so now i guess I have to remake my own bowl. The shift manager, she says her name is princess,has a very bad attitude. I will never come back here. The whole team working there was looking at me stupid like I did somthing wrong. I just paid 15$ for a steak and chicken bowl, only got steak. Then they gave me a small cup of chicken on the side, very unprofessional . I paid for my bowl to be made already, not for me to make it.
