I normal would not make a comment. But last night experience was so unreal. Wiriness a customer fall and it took almost 35 min before the manager would even acknowledge what happen. As I waited for my seat I seen what happened. I saw the manager walked by twice and did not acknowledge what happen. I could see the old lady was pain. There was one waiter who did help her up and brought her ice and was trying to comfort the lady. When he walked away to get ice, another waiter walked up to the lady and was trying to get her to leave. I saw the lady was upset and she clearly said I need to speak to a manager and the waiter walked away laughing. I was like wow. Finally the manager went over and I could tell the lady was not happy... I really felt bad for her... Not a good impression. So after dinner I get a check and sign my receipt. Well here is what happens to me. My card was charge the wrong table amount and then I was charge 5 times and card was blocked. Waitress comes back and tells me she made a mistake. Which I understand. So I check my card and tell her wait my card has been debit and credited 5 times with 2 different amounts. Now I am not happy about this. I tell the waitress why you run my card 5 times. she could not explain. At this point said I want to speak with the manager. And he lied to me. He tells that there is no way that anyone could do this and then he says well I did it to try to correct the error. Then he says mama I could not of done this. The system will only allow me to run you card a max of two times. I told him look at my mobile and you can see how many times you ran my card. You are clearly lying to me. Unacceptable to me. He says the problem here is your bank and you need to pay. I said wait minuet you over charge my card and you want me to call my bank and unblock my card so you can charge the bank again. He says Yes you had dinner and you have to pay. This manager has no kind of kindness or integrity or good manners for his restaurant or customers . I doubt I will return to this location. Beware of scams and managers. I paid for the our meals and I will be contacting...
Read moreWill never go back to Rialto location. I’ve dined there quite a few times and each time it gets worse. I just went 2 weeks ago for lunch and spoke with asst manager, explaining how every time I visit, the silverware is dirty. Wine glasses are also never cleaned properly. I thought that tip regarding dishes would bring some slight changes. Last night, On 08/21/22, My kids wanted to dine in for dinner so I got on waitlist, which online says it was 10mins. Went inside to check in and had to wait additional 20mins. Once seated, it took a while before we were greeted by waitress. No complaint there. We were already ready to order food when she came to take our drink order. When drinks arrive, I requested napkins & eating utensils. We never received eating utensils, napkins, nor salad, bread sticks nor soup as we waited. We received our entrees first and still had to wait for soup and salad and bread. Our entrees had a soup spoon on each of our plates. We eat pasta noodles with a fork, not soup spoons. Spoons had specks of dried food on them as if it was rinsed and dried. Not washed properly. I went to bar to ask for to-go utensils and napkins. At that point, our waitress still hadn’t returned and I was fed up. Once she walked by, I asked her to bring me a bag so i can take food to go. Service was horrible! I didn’t even feel comfortable eating my food because I was unsure if my food was sat on a dirty plate or not, since utensils and wine glasses seem to always be dirty. I am So disgusted and disappointed at this place. I love Olive Garden! We Finally got one closer to our house and it’s trash! I recommend any other location. At first I thought it was just me, but clearly I’m not the only one who’ve experienced this nonsense, based on other reviews I read. They need knew staff & management or just shut the place down if no one enjoys working there and doesn’t want to do their job. Place sucks! Sorry not sorry!...
Read moreI was really excited to try out this new location, as it's close to home, but was sadly let down. The food was good but the service was terrible. My mother brought me here for an early birthday dinner and the wait was only 20 min, no biggie we waited. After about 20 min my mom realized two groups who came in after us got seated. She told the host and we got seated immediately. Turns out we got skipped on whatever, "list" they go by. Once seated the server came over and greeted us and was really nice and gave us a sample of wine. We placed our order and waited for our food. It took awhile for her to bring the unlimited salad and bread. While we ate that she come back to our table looking confused and says, "They didn't bring your entrees? Your food was already done someone was suppose to bring it out." She then walks back to the kitchen...again we were forgotten. When she finally brought our food we asked for more salad and a glass of water. She said, "no problem" and walked away. We didn't see the waitress again for quite awhile and she never brought us the water or salad. Completely forgotten a third time. When she came by again she explained she had to step out because she felt hot and needed fresh air. So I don't understand, why another server couldn't check on us if she was feeling under the weather?? We were then ready to pay at this point and she took our payment and walked away again. A few minutes later she came out and served the table behind us some drinks and walked to the back. We sat there for about 10 more min and she still never returned with our change. Beyond irritated at this point we just got up and left. So she got more of an extra $$$ tip then what was deserved. Even as we were leaving none of the 4 workers up front said a thing.
