uBreakiFix - Phone and Computer Repair — Local services in Rialto

I live in Duarte and there is a uBreakiFix shop here. I decided to go to Rialto after they were the only ones local to me that would order a part for my phone. I was greeted with AMAZING customer service from Chad and they were the only store that told me about special ordering and getting me on a waitlist. I went Saturday 04/06/24 and was told it would take up to the 19th to get the part. Today 04/10/2024 I got a call from Josh who was super professional and helpful. When I went to the store I was greeted by Brandon who also had amazing customer service but greeted me greatly and also made me laugh a few times. I can honestly say this store has one of the best customer service i've ever dealt with. They kept me in the loop 100% and I would definitely consider going to the Rialto store again. I was having issues with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and AT&T was unable to help me, so they sent me to the Rialto, CA uBreakiFix store location. When I arrived, Josh greeted me and listened carefully while I explained what the issue was. He asked questions and gave me options. Josh also asked if I could give him an hour to check the phone out, just to see if it might be something simple. I agreed and off I went for an hour. When I returned, he had found the issue and fixed it right on the spot. I was so impressed. In addition, he was a fount of knowledge, giving me all sorts of insights that could save me money in the future. I am so happy AT&T sent me to this store!
