I had the most wonderful customer service experience today!! I went in to get a Molina jersey and to use my 40% off coupon before it expired. They didn't have my size- and I asked a worker (Nancy) if everything they had was out on the floor. She immediately offered to check the back but came back empty handed and apologetic and offered to call other stores in the area to see if it was in stock. After several failed attempts at other stores, she suggested times to check back after new shipments rolled in as well as buying a jersey without a name/number and going to get what I wanted put on it instead. These options were extremely helpful and the fact she took so much time to help me was so great! I told her it wasn't a big deal and that I was going to look around to see if I found something else to use my coupon on. Without asking, she had another worker (Megan) check the entire store, additional racks, and the back once more. After a few minutes, she found me in the store right away with the jersey I'd been searching for! Without her outstanding customer service and persistence in finding me my jersey, I would have walked out with nothing. Thank you Megan and Nancy for your time today!!...
Read moreI went into this store hoping to find a St Louis Blues jersey for my wife. After searching for 10 minutes, I never found the players/jersey I was intending to buy. I walked up to the front desk and the nice young lady asked if I needed help, so I asked her if they had and Faulk 72, Blues jerseys? She asked me if it was a Rams jersey for Marshall Faulk. I told her no, its Justin Faulk, defenseman for the Blues. She had no idea who I was asking about. I ended up buying a blank home jersey and will have it finished with letters and numbers. I asked if they did lettering, she said no, but they send them out. The girl next to her said, no, we dont do that either. My point is; train the people to know the players from St Louis and the true business. I could have bought this jersey for the same price online with the correct name and numbers. Read moreI traveled to 3 Rally locations to pick up an online order on Sunday. I then had to return to this location to exchange an item. The woman customer service representative was racist. She acted as if the jersey that I just picked up from West County mall, could not be returned. Even after she called a store manager and he co-worker tried to help her with the online return, she undermined them, made me and my kids stand there for over 10 minutes as she kept asking "Are you sure you want to return this with no tags?" Although, they were looking at my online order, receipt and pick up on the computer. She still did not want to exchange my item.
