Best-Teks — Attraction in Ridgefield

My 2010 iMac hard drive crashed unexpectedly, and I need to find a resource to get it working. I searching online I was very impressed with the 5-star reviews that were given to one company...Best-Tek.

I called on Saturday morning and spoke to Ven, who immediately offered to come to my house and diagnose the problem. He arrived an hour later and after spending checking out my computer suggested taking it back to his shop in Ridgefield so he could open it up and repair. He was very professional, courteous and really knew his stuff.

He called me 2 days later to say he had opened up the computer and found that the old hard drive was bad. He recommended putting in a new solid state 1 terrabyte drive. He gave me a price which was very reasonable and I had him go ahead. 2 days later he called and said everything was done and I could pick it up.

The computer works great now and is much, much faster than it ever was before.

He even came back to my house to make sure everything was working well and that I was happy.

I totally recommend Ven and Best-Teks to anyone who need computer help....
