I just wanted to say thank you to Quality Inn downtown Riverside and to their staff. We had a high-profile death in the family and needed a safe place to stay while we dealt with the funeral the hotel staff was very accommodating to our family and friends that stayed there. The rooms are not the same as a comfort in which I thought they would be so I was a tad disappointed on that aspect but all in all the beds were comfortable the rooms were clean everything was good quality they had a free breakfast available and when you pull out of the hotel on to the street and take a left at the light there is a Dollar Tree at CVS Jack In The Box and a grocery store which was super handy. One night as all of our guests for the funeral were coming in we were all out in the back and we did get pretty loud just everyone hanging out and talking I feel bad for the other Hotel guests but I thought for sure security would come tell us to chill out but they did not and I appreciate them working with us. We were under extremely traumatic and stressful circumstances and they accommodated us on anything that we asked for. If I called in any request to the front desk whatever I asked for was brought very quickly. I will mention two other Travelers that the hood starts on either side of the street that the hotels are on so stay on the Main Street. But we never had any issues while we were there are Vehicles were safe and no people of a different persuasion ever bothered us at the hotel. I would stay there again and I just want to say a big thank you for everyone that worked with us and protected our identities and our information.
