The best customer service EVER! Fatima is AMAZING!!! From the moment I stepped into the store I was greeting with some much warmth and respect. It felt like I was visiting a close awesome relative. I came in about 30 minutes before closing on a Saturday and no one made me feel rushed. I immediately found my perfect sectional at a great price. There were 5 people working that day and I was warmly greeted by each one. I asked their names but I find the paper that Fatima wrote them on per my request. I will edit this later with each of their names. I highly recommend Canales Furniture in Rockwall to anyone who wants no pressure, great customer service great selection and great prices. I can't wait to come back for my new bedroom furniture. UPDATE: I made another AMAZING purchase thanks to a wonderful Canales employee named Marvin. This young man went above and beyond to help me find my beautiful king bed. I'm so sorry that I'm just now posting this updated review. Marvin, found my perfect bed after I sent a text to inquire about a bed with storage at the bottom. He sent me so many options based on what I asked him for. Marvin was so knowledgeable and courteous. He even sent options while he was off work. Marvin was truly made sure he found me the right bed for me. I am really grateful to him for that. Marvin (2nd purchase) and Fatima (1st purchase) made sure that my furniture shopping experience was absolutely amazing. That's why Canales is my only choice furniture. Changing my review as they had me leave a review originally on how their service was in the store. I'm not the type to leave bad reviews but this has been an awful experience. My husband and I got a mattress from their Arlington location 2 years ago and everything went smoothly so when we went we needed a couch we went to the Rockwall location. Mistake #1 - they ordered the couch in the wrong color and realized their mistake so they reordered it and said they would deliver it a week after the original arrive by date, and because of their mistake, they would set it up for us. It should have been delivered yesterday but they put our address wrong in their system. They had us write it down on a sticky note and then they put it in wrong. They tried to call my husband to find out the correct address, but they put his phone number in wrong as well. And they had to have changed it at some point because the day that we were in store ordering, they sent him a confirmation text THAT HE RECEIVED, so they did have his number write originally and then decided to change it. Now, because of all their mistakes, we have moved to a new house with nothing to sit on and our couch isn't going to be delivered for another 3 days. 9 months ago I experienced a pretty bad house fire and lost everything. My house was re-built so in June 2023 I moved back in with no furniture. Canales Furniture has been great! Great customer service, delivery and assembly as scheduled with no problems. These people are so very kind and helpful and compassionate to my situation. This morning I went onto their website and chose 6 pieces of furniture that I wanted. I contacted the store and told them what I wanted. They had each item in stock and I was able to do the entire transaction without having to get out in the hot temperature! It will be delivered in 3 days.
