I came to Antonia after 2 failed wedding hair trials with a different hair stylist, Antonia was the answer I needed! She completely put my concerns at ease and my wedding hair was more perfect than I could have imagined. I had a hair trial with Antonia and we discussed weraing my hair down with some hair pulled back off of my face. Antonia was able to guide me with what type of style would look best with my wedding vision-dress, theme, etc and of course my face shape. I loved the hair trial! Flash forward to my wedding-- it was 90 degrees and sunny, I met Antonia on the morning of the wedding and I told her “I think I have to wear my hair up, it’s too hot outside.” I was nervous about this change, but it all worked out perfectly. Antonia discussed with me keeping the overall look around my face similar to the hair trial, but just pull my hair up off my neck. Antonia has a great creative eye and I knew from my hair trial I could trust Antonia with making my wedding day hair perfect, and it was just that, PERFECT! I needed someone I could trust to do my hair and that is Antonia. Antonia also styled the wedding hair for my 4 bridesmaids and mother of the bride and mother of the groom. Everyone’s hair looked fabulous! My request for the bridesmaids hair was to have variety and for the girls to feel comfortable with their hair. Again, with the 90 degree day, everyone wore their hair in an updo, but everyone still had differences in the hair style. Absolutely the worst cut and color I have ever had in my life! Sandy at Bianchi’s decimated my once beautiful hair. Chopped one side at least 4” shorter than the other. I looked like I had a shelf to the middle of the back of my head. she first blew it out it looked okay albeit a little green, but my hair is so forgiving. My friend kept saying it didn’t look right, that there were long strands hangin everywhere. My bangs were cut straight across about 1/4-1/2” which looked ridiculous! The next day when I showered the color washed out in one shampoo, and my hair was a disaster. She burned it so bad it had lost its bounce and curl and was completely unmanageable. I was so upset and crying I couldn’t even speak so I emailed Bianchi’s, and got Zero reply. My husband said it looked like I went to blind hair school, that’s an insult to the blind. My brother said it looked like a 5 year old cut my hair with kitchen scissors while I was sleeping. I would steer clear of this place. I cried every morning and every day until I found a salon to fix it! Bianchi’s doesn’t care! I was traumatized to say the least and think the money paid for what they did to me should be refunded. One side cut off chin length to the middle of the back of my head,the other side shoulder lengths all jacked and hacked. ugh If I can find a way to post pictures I will because it’s not an...

I came to this place strictly because of the reviews. I told Antonia that I lost a lot of weight and I wanted to transform myself with a different hair style. I told her I wanted a balayage with dark brown roots and I wanted to be all blond and showed her a picture. As she started doing my hair I noticed more and more of my natural hair out I told her I didn’t want to keep any of my natural color. When finished it didn’t look any different, and all she did was give me blond highlights for $200

I called the manager, we played phone tag for about 2 weeks. She told me I could come in (a week later was the soonest opening) and they could fix it. I had to cancel the appointment due to getting over 7 inches of snow and not being able to get out of my driveway. I called and asked if it was ok before I did and they said it would be fine.

About 3 hours later (after the appointment) the manager called and stated since it was over a month and I cancelled they can’t fix my hair for free any longer. She said it’s policy (which was never told to me) and that the person who answered the phone didn’t know it wasn’t ok to cancel. I could still come back but I’ll be charged

Will never go back to this place!
