Hello Sugar | St. George- Brazilian Wax and Sugar Salon — Attraction in Saint George

I shared this with the company first (a month ago) and never heard back so I’m sharing publicly in case it helps someone. “This past Thursday I came in for a Brazilian, and Alexie did an incredible job. I had also scheduled an eyebrow appointment at the same time, but due to time constraints, she asked me to come back the next day. When I returned the next day, she was 20 minutes late and didn’t recognize me, so I re-explained exactly what I wanted (no shaping, no removal of fullness, just a cleanup under my natural brows where there were stray hairs). She said she understood and that was “great” because I had “an already great shape.” Unfortunately, I got the opposite of my request. More than 70% of my eyebrows were removed, including hair from the top, bottom, and sides. My eyebrows are as thin as possible and with no shape. In addition, after seeing the bumpy rash caused around my brows, an esthetician has recommended that there was likely bacteria in the wax. All of this has been especially upsetting as I’m getting married in 3 weeks and have now spent $80 on growth serum, eyebrow makeup, and skincare products to try to correct the issue. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I’ve been getting waxed for years. I normally go to another well known place that’s does the hard wax. I’ve used their services forever, moving to St. George they don’t have a location here so I let things go for a few months at a time until I can drive over to Vegas. But I saw a promotion for Sugar Wax and was like I’ll give it a try. From greeting to the services to the cost they were AMAZING!! Similar techniques but with a few differences that it made the whole experience pleasant (as pleasant as it can be with hair follicles being pulled out lol). Just had my first Brazilian sugar wax experience and it was amazing! I HIGHLY recommend going to Indy Anna, she is beyond sweet and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. She is so knowledgeable and really does a great job explaining the benefits of sugaring, process, and gives the best aftercare tips as well.
