The Shoppes at Knollwood — Attraction in Saint Louis Park

The Shoppes at Knollwood is in a great location and has a really nice selection of stores and restaurants. It’s super convenient to have so many options in one place, and the vibe is generally pleasant. It’s a good spot to run errands or grab a quick bite.

That said, the parking situation is a headache. The layout is confusing, and traffic inside the lot can feel like a free-for-all. Without clear signs or designated one-way roads, cars are constantly going in every direction, and it gets messy fast—especially during busy hours. It’s frustrating and honestly takes away from what could be a much smoother experience.

A simple fix would be adding one-way roads and better signs to guide traffic. This would make navigating the lot way easier and avoid those awkward stand-offs with other drivers in tight spaces. Even marking one-way aisles in the narrower sections could make a huge difference.

Overall, it’s a nice place with a lot to offer, but they definitely need to step up their parking and traffic management game. Once that’s sorted, this could easily be one of the best spots to shop...

Only some places steal your attention right after you enter them; this was one! The place was buzzing constantly with people and loved the ambience of the restaurant and the way everything was led up to the cashier, was neat. We made orders of Pan-Seared Slices of Potatoes & Tandoor-Roasted Vegetables pizza and Paneer pizza and Potato cakes. We were given the number stands and the orders were brought to our desk within 10 minutes. While we waited, we were amazed by the automated wash cylinders and the knives and forks provided in bio disposable form. Even the plates in which the pizzas were brought in, were made of the same. Staff here deserve a raise. They have been taking on so much due to a staff shortage. It’s also really sad that people have decided to steal most of the shopping carts. Day in and day out store employees are cleaning up and picking up after sloppy consumers come barreling through this store with such disrespect. Take the time to pick up things that you drop or bump into that falls on the floor. Help this store out by being respectful, pick up after yourselves. This store is short of staff.
