Saint Paul City Hall & Ramsey County Courthouse — Attraction in Saint Paul

Went a couple of days ago June 17th to be exact, maybe an hour before closing time and the woman behind the counter charged me $10 for a copy I wrote to ask the judge for a continuance. She also sent me downstairs to ask for papers on my case for court and a blank piece of paper. I was the only one in the lobby and then someone else came maybe 5 mins later.
