Hocus Pocus Shoot Location: Allison's House — Attraction in Salem

This place was beautiful. The house you can tell has been neglected, lately at least, but the garden was beautiful and smelt wonderful and had a cool goldfish pond. The rest of the Salem area was not what you would expect when you think Hocus Pocus Halloween. Instead of kid-friendly scary type fun it was very demonic and liberal to the point where the so-called Churches were advertising rainbow flags and saying they are an open and confirming Church. It's great to have any and all people in Church but to say that you are a confirming Church is not of God. If you Love God you don't confirm that sin is ok to do just because you want to. Also there were pentagram's everywhere and there is a Satanic "church". Just want people to be aware before they go so you can decide for yourselves and not be put in a situation where you go and feel like you are supporting something you...

The house is a little smaller than we expected, but normally things always look bigger in photos, so it wasn't a big surprise. I went on a Friday in the early afternoon and the line for photos wasn't that long and moved pretty quickly. You can go to the back of the house where there is a garden, although at this point in the fall the flowers aren't at their best. It's very, very close to the witches' house and most of the tourist sites that are visited...

This is less an indictment of this attraction as it is the whole Salem during Halloween. But, for those that are look to go for the spooky season...DONT it just a tourist trap. Not much of anything in Salem is honestly worth the voyage to see. The town was nice and clean, people were super nice and friendly but the town has almost NOTHING that is about the witch trials and little to nothing of the community its left from...
