I got told I needed to “ stop” being nice to coustumers because the line is the most important thing I should care about. They compare the homeless to “ children “ when dealing with any serious issues and tell coustumers that “ if you don’t like it here leave” ( amber that’s suppose to be a manager ). I would give 0 stars if given the option. I was watched the entire time I was in the store. My man and I are recently 21 and we went to this location after leaving a friends house. The employees were rude when I asked for the location of an item then a song “conveniently“ came on the station that referenced putting items “in my back pocket” I definitely will NOT be returning. I went to get wine for a professional event, and the person who was there wouldn't take my tax exempt form, stating that I need to place an order online through a licensee and it will take him 4 hours to get my order ready. I went to a different location-Store#1, they were very nice, took the form, got my order ready in 10 minutes. Its frustrating and stressful to think that I might not be able to get what I need for the event and it was a waste of time. Get your...
