If I could give this place a 0 star I would, been buying from these people from 2019-2021 I bought many pieces and all diamond pieces I wish I did more research about jewlery before i starting buying jewlery especially from here I started buying simple gold at first than I would trade the old jewlery for more pricier jewlery and eventually got a Cuban link that came with a certificate that âclaimedâ it to be 100k but they said they do me a deal since I was such a âvaluableâ customer and charge me 62,000$ so Iâm playing with a lot of money at this point and should have really paid attention but Iâve been buying from them for two years at this point so I didnât question them they claimed the diamonds were vvs on the Cuban link but when I went out to the clubs I noticed my Cuban didnât shine like it shouldâve I mean I spent so much money on it I thought it was gonna shine like rappers jewlery does. So I asked them and they said itâs cause I need to clean it. But what made me finally found out they did me wrong was I was going through hard times and I decided to get rid of it well I took it to a gold buyer to get cash for it and after doing multiple tests I found out the diamonds werenât real they were mixed with different fake stones such as mossinite and there were some diamonds but the worst diamonds that were not even the best quality they were the cheapest diamonds money could buy as well as zirconia the jewlery even told me he knew my jewlery came from there the moment he saw it cause he said all the customers that come to him and try to get rid of the jewlery they buy from Saadâs itâs fake so he wasnât surprised the only thing that was real on the Cuban chain that mark sold me was the gold on the Cuban link and I only got 10 grand back from the 62 grand I spent in cash there. These people are scammers and to do that to me just had me messed up I should have been smarter when spending alot of money like that but I didnât think they take advantage of me. I advise anyone to not buy anything from here none of their stuff is real itâs all fake I now take my business elsewhere if I had the money for a lawyer Iâd sue the hell out of em for scamming me this bad!! Donât make the same mistake there are plenty of honest jewlers out there you just gotta do your research I hope I help out many people with...
Read moreThe reviews are great, so I thought it would be a great experience, but it was awful! I went in to get a ring resized and had to ask my size. No biggie, I thought: they're professionals and do this all the time.
The size they picked felt really small, so I told them it felt too tight and suggested one size larger. They assured me over and over that it was supposed to be like that, and if I wasn't happy with it, I could come back and get it resized.
They got the ring done fast, and it looked gorgeous, but it was so tight. I put it on, and when I went to take it off a few hours later, I couldn't force it off my hand. I had to use lotion and soap to get the ring off. I went back, and they still tried to convince me it was the right size. I had to show them several times me jamming it on and off my finger. They weren't convinced till they saw how bright red my knuckle got.
They resized me again, and I suggested a single size larger. They talked me in circles and convinced me the size I wanted was now somehow too small. And maybe thats bad on me for letting them convince me, but they're supposed to be the professionals. I'm supposed to be able to trust them. They told me again and again I would "be so happy with the results, trust me" So I went with their suggestion. I got the ring back, and it was huge. I wanted a size thar took a small amount of effort to get the ring off. He assured me it would be a little effort, but not too big. The ring slides right off. Right off, no effort.
And they charged me again.
They did it half off, which was good I guess... but they refused to even acknowledge their mistake in the initial sizing.
The second sizing could have partially been my fault, but with the first sizing i i repeatedly told them it was far too small.
I wasted over a hundred dollars to size a ring wrong, with no chance of being made right. Now I have to spend even more to go to a different jeweler and get the job done correctly.
The last time I got my finger sized was years ago at Walmart jewlery counter, and they did it perfect first time. They gave me my size, I bought a ring and I left. Thats how simple its supposed to be. If a minimally trained employee can do it, why can't a...
Read moreThis will be a bit lengthy of a review. Starting from the beginning. I came in looking for a pretty basic 10k yellow gold band. Met with mike, one of the owners. Ended up buying one and it was quite scuffed up and scratched. He did polish it up a bit before we left, but still quite beat up for a "new ring". Said eh whatever, it's fine. I wanted to give a more local business my money instead of a chain. Saw it was stamped 10KB, so had it tested with a jeweler I trust. Was told it is plated. Confronted mike about it and he claimed I was wrong etc and if I could prove it they'd refund me, but if not he wouldn't refund it. Told him then let's do an exchange for a real gold ring. He was reluctant and then showed me a ring with the same stamp claiming it's a makers stamp. Showed me his brands and claimed it was a BenchMark branded ring. We ended up swapping for a Camelot brand ring, and while waiting for him to size it I contacted benchmark to verify their stamp and was told they stamp their entire brand name on their rings. Brought this up to mike and he claims there is a 3rd company they go through even though previously he told me it was a benchmark ring. After arguing it a bit more gave me the new ring which he scratched out the old engravings of, he then told me to leave. I would definitely avoid this place. Especially if you don't want to deal with the headaches. It's a shame you can't trust local small businesses and have to shop at...
