My sisters and I went here for some early holiday shopping. We really like the ease of parking but getting in the lot is a testament to excellent driving skills. There are not any traffic lights to ease you into this mall so be aware and on alert for challenged drivers trying to get ahead of you. It is brutal. We stopped at McAllisters, you order and pay first here, and got lunch which was delicious! We ordered soup in a bread bowl and tea. It came out quickly so we ate quickly and began our holiday shopping. This is a huge area. We stopped at Cracker Barrel to look at the holiday decorations and checked out the sale corner in back of the store and then admired all of the holiday items for sale. We had a great time here and the help on duty were there to assist you if necessary. We went to a number of stores here, Target, Lowe’s, Ross, and several other stores. There were really great prices on many items. The places we went in all had ample parking, handicapped parking, and there were plenty of trash receptacles. We loved that all the holiday items were already on display so we were able to start our holiday shopping. The restrooms were nice and clean and well stocked and maintained. The parking lots here are maintained by contract so they were clean. One could see the cleaners as we got there early. I think with the large amount of restaurants here and nearby, one could stay here quite a while. We have returned several times and I like there is security patrolling the lots. I believe with the large selection of dine in restaurants that are here you could stay a while or shop...
Read moreI love target, i always have. But even though I'm giving 5 * The last few times i have felt like i was at Walmart or a small HEB. I need assistance 2 or 3 Associates standing as you get closer to ask for help they scatter like bugs. Sad to admit. My husband honestly speed walked after a Target employee because we needed assistance, and he went into an employee only area. It was not this store it was a few weeks prior at i believe was previously Crossroads mall, by San Pedro. At Westover, we looked for an associate, he gave us a kind of gave us the very briefest of replies, as if we has bothered him in his personal life outside of Target. His brief bare answer was of no assistance. So we bought what we could find. When we got home i went online, found that, what we were asking about was not in stock in San Antonio. I dont expect an associate to stop everything. Hold my hand and take me to the exact aisle and exact spot on aisle, but i would appreciate that if they are working on the floor on a display, make eye contact once, so i know you are speaking to me you are continuing to work on your display, but you are a multi-tasker, then return to your display and give me a pretty good idea of where in the store what im looking for is, if not there, your out, getting more in on this date approximately, not getting anymore. Or what options are, if any. Just give me the downlow. I generally only ask for assistance around holidays, otherwise, i mostly leave...
Read moreStay vigilant don’t leave your belongings in the car because the parking lots are not safe. I couldn’t rate the food because we never got served. We went on a weeknight and was not expecting to get our vehicle broken into and for the waitress to say “Oh it happens all the time” and the manager to let us know the cameras outside in the parking lot don’t work 🤦🏻♀️ We were literally inside for less than five minutes as we were meeting friends and sat down and sent my husband back out to get my jacket and he noticed it happened. If you go here park in front as to be more safe possibly. Maybe less likely for it to happen to you. I just don’t feel safe parking there and will not be back. So sad when bad things happen to good people. I hope Buffalo Wild Wings puts customer safety first and gets those...
