The customer service was hit and miss. I hadnt been to a Chuck E Cheese for about 10+ years. I was unaware of all the changes, the cashier lady which happened to be part of management team was so rude and showed little intrest in helping and answering my questions. She seemed bothered and annoyed for any question I had and was rushing me. Which by the way she really didnt answer the questions i had. My party and i brushed it off and just thought maybe shes having a bad day. We did spend over $90. Later was more. Next we waited for our food and when our buzzing machine went off, we went to collect our food. to our surprise someone took our food and the worker behind the counter asked if i took it. Like why would i be waiting and be upset that i got there and there was no food done. She asked the cook to make another one but said it was an additional 20min. We wanted to bring it to management attention (since our food was not the first to be taken that day.) this was happening and not complaining even though we were hungry and had to wait longer, and management didnt care. They just said they will make you another one. No apology or anything. The salad bar was nicley stocked but the employees got to pick and choose who they let use the salad plates and regular pizza plates. They gave me a hard time about getting a new salad plate, which i paid extra for when i needed it, but wouldnt tell the people who didnt pay extra using regular pizza plates anything. They had a couple of games/machines out without any signs at least 5 were off or not working. However the person at the jumping station was super nice and friendly and he was professional. Also the young man helping at the dipping dots station was friendly. Read moreCould been better they messed up my entire to go order bad thing was we were there for a school thing and they saw me struggling with a Baby and her stroller my older granddaughter and was trying to balance 4 to go trays I ask them for box he said we don't have them ok how about a bag or 2 no we don't have any so I have push the stroller hold my oldest granddaughters hand and carry my drink my purse diaper bag and these trays and they just stood there just watching me struggle no help whats so ever and the person taking the tickets for the prizes screws the kids I actually watched her screw them saying they have only so much left cause one she screwed was my granddaughter who is a math genius and she said gamma she lied about how many I had I said yes she did she is a bad person for doing that but don't worry her punishment will come and she said to me I had enough to get a unicorn or something like that it was small plastic toy and yes she did have enough tickets and then kept rest of her tickets didn't return them to her. I counted her tickets twice after she had counted them and her amount was correct but the ticket lady pushing kids to get out of the way yelling next one that place just pissed me off so bad that day I hadn't been back. Read moreI am very dissatisfied with this Chuck E. Cheese's manager Dana this evening. I ordered one medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and one large cheese pizza with extra cheese. My total came out to $50 and some change. After waiting for about 15mins we were notified our pizzas were ready. The cheese pizza looked very sad without extra cheese and had lots of big bubbles air bubbles. I was originally going to just take the pizzas and go cause I was tired but no, I paid $50 for 2 pizzas I should get what I paid for. The manager offered to remake the large cheese which I originally agreed to but as we were waiting for that to cook I was still holding my medium pizza and I thought now one pizza will be hot and one will be warm. So I went back to the register and asked for a refund. Dana the manager comes out and refunds me for the large cheese pizza only. I said no I want a refund for both pizzas. She begins to argue with me and say there was only an issue with one of the pizzas. I told her I don't care I no longer want either and requested a refund for both pizzas again. She stares at me for a moment and then slams down the receipt and begins to process my refund for the 2nd pizza. I do not appreciate this treatment as a customer.
