I am a regular at the store but every time i go one of the employees has very bad service. The juice they make is always good, but the service she provides changes my whole perception of the store. Today i went in around 3pm and there were only three customers which were all waiting for their orders. It took them more then 10 minutes to acknowledge i was there and to ask what i wanted. She didn't offer any free boost to my three orders and didn't even tell me I qualified for a free small drink which would have been courteous. I walked around while waiting for my drinks and noticed the sign that promoted the free drink. I asked her since i ordered the drinks if i could claim the free one but she stated, "sorry i already rang you up, maybe next time". I had not even received my drinks yet. It only gets worse when i finally get home to realize she gave me the wrong drink and she tried to cover up her mistake by pouring a little of the correct drink on top so i wouldn't notice at the store. Read moreCame in at 6:21 to order raw juices and there was two female employees in a rush to close up according to there hours displayed here they close at 7:00pm I would understand if it’s one employee maybe feeling overwhelmed by our order of two medium juices but they had two employees fully capable of providing service. I am not expecting cheerleaders and confetti but I would like to feel like a customer vs a transition. There is zero eye contact, and I felt like I had to say please and thank you to keep the atmosphere going in a positive direction.
