I recently attended a class taught by Adrienne and Carina, and it was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish, the session was impeccably organized and executed. Adrienne and Carina’s expertise and passion for Pilates were evident in every aspect of the class. They provided clear, precise instructions and offered modifications to ensure that all levels of experience were catered to. Their attention to individual needs and ability to correct form without disrupting the flow of the class was particularly impressive.
The atmosphere they created was both motivating and welcoming, striking the perfect balance between challenge and support. The class was well-paced, with a seamless blend of strength-building and flexibility exercises. Their energy and encouragement made the session enjoyable and invigorating.

Being somebody who practiced weightlifting for most of my fitness journey, I was looking for a different workout that worked better for my body and my lifestyle when I stumbled upon Lagree and DEFINE. I get such a good workout in everytime, and I would recommend to everybody to try out a class with Carina.
