I had to come here for a phone screen protector replacement. They didn't have the one my phone needed(my phone is less than 2 years old). They said I would have to get it from the company. When I purchased the protector here they told me I could always get it replaced FREE here if it was ever needed it. I don't mind the fact I had to go get it from the company but I had to pay shipping and handling fees. So once again Best Buy let's me down. I use to shop here and no other electronics company. This store is always out of what I need. When I come here to buy something they never have what I need. Why do they even have this store open any more if the store barley has any products in it to buy? This store is limited on products we need or want to buy. You may be better off going online.
