Unethical malpractice. The incompetent people running this store, has a deal with Western Towing. Every time there is an event at the Arena across the street, they tow away all cars, because they think that any car that parks in their empty parking lot, is actually going to the Arena. As seen in the pictures, NO sign anywhere about not to park in the parking lot. The lady at Western Towing, admitted that it's a deal between them and the Home Depot. They towe everything at event time and split the profits. Disgusting. If you have ever been towed from this parking lot, The Home Depot is where to go and complain.

Isabel and Liz the cashiers at pro check out they did an exemplary job on taking care of my order , very friendly and helpful thank you Liz and thank you Isabel . Unfortunately the costumer behind me was really rude to Liz and got her in trouble , he played the victim by allegedly saying that he did nothing wrong… common man they are just doing their job… I still give them 5 stars for great costumer service.

I came in to get help at the customer service department with questions regarding a return and Bryan truly went above and beyond to address all of my questions and provided the best solutions for my situation. Sean in the gardening section also helped me pick a plant for my patio and explained in detail how to best take care of it. Great service and customer experience, I will definitely be coming back!

I spent the better part of the day searching on line for outdoor patio heaters... I live in north county and called every store around me. I finally called the Pt Loma Home Depot and got connected with the "electrical department"... not sure why but the gentlemen who assisted me would not transfer the call to outdoor living.. 'I know how it is.. you call for help and go from department to department... let me see if I can help you".. and sure enough.. he did!!

"plenty of outdoor patio heaters available to you... come on down and we will take care of you....!!"

So I drive down from North County and meet some incredible young men starting with JR... "how can I help you".. JR... I need 4-of the heaters and one fire pit.. can you help me?

"No problem"...

I let JR know that I had some more shopping to do and would come back when Im done.. "No problem.. we will have them waiting for you.. ready to go"...

I head out... fill a basket and head back.. and there they are... all ready to go.. but were not done.. JR grabs a few friends.. Dallas & Kyle arrive on the scene.. I pay and back in my truck and before I know it.. the tops have been removed as to allow them to lay flat in my truck.. my truck is loaded and I am done... ready to go... right..?

I head of to downtown to run some additional errands and as I am leaving downtown I realize that I forgot the other basket full of my purchases... I call customer service.. "no problem"... we will work with you to make it right.....

I arrived back at Pt Loma Home Depot and to my pleasant surprise.. JR, Dallas and Kyle ensured that my basked of pre-paid products were safe and secure. I check in with customer service.. "good to go".. and thank everyone for a most pleasant experience....

Truly a most wonderful experience and can not say enough to a management team that encourages their employees to take the extra step and to JR... Dallas & Kyle.. "your the best of the best"... thank you so much for providing the best customer experience I have received in a long-long time...

Blessings to all of...

Home Depot Sports Arena has everything imaginable that you would need to set up/assemble your house, from the ground up to the very rooftop and more. You can find all of the best appliances, tools of every conceivable type, paints, lighting needs, lumber, etc.,etc., etc ; a seemingly endless testimonial to any enterprising builder/handyman who is, not only creative but a visionary when it comes down to architectural design. Home Depot attracts some of the very best construction professionals in the business, as well as the best red-letter certified manufacturing/building organizations in San Diego County. In fact they open very early in the morning (6:00am) to accommodate these highly skilled individuals. Home Depot sales staff are indisputably some of the most knowledgeable distinguished individuals in various areas of the builders trade : Most come from a number of very specialized backgrounds and have spent a decade or more working long weeks ; some are retired tradesmen/women or have been proprietors, or partners in their own businesses and have brought all their skills to Home Depot in order to help other people. Of course getting hired to work for Home Depot attracts some of the best, because they pay most of their associates well. Home Depot also has a very large nursery where one can fix up a small home garden, or else land scape their whole yard. They have a large selection of seasonal plants, as well as pesticides, rodenticides and insecticides that are organic. Over the holidays they sell nice poinsettias and some real Christmas trees - the trees are grown on special Christmas tree farms - for those of us who still remember what a pine tree smells like however, most people prefer "the plastic...

Counting my blessings. I was feeling today how sometimes my life is hard. Then I meet a worker at Home Depot. I didn’t pay too much attention to him at first. As I walk back to get one of my locks re master from him. I seen him tell a customers that he shouldn’t be using the machince. He pointed out ask for help. As the worker walk a way for a second I reminder the customer who was upset from the worker comment. He was only doing his Job. The guy stop for a second. Then realize I was right as another working help him make his key. I walk over to the other worker who was working on my lock. Then I noticed his right hand was having a hard time put in the pin and key to remaster the lock. I then ask the worker what’s wrong with your hand. He then told me he had a major stroke four years ago from big lump behind his ear , which he didn’t know. He said it finally cut off his spinal fluid to the brain. He said at first he was just started by him loosing his hearing and never had it check out. He was only 38 when it happened. I was going to ask him if he wanted me to help him with the lock. But I realized it was his way of saying to himself. I will not be brought down by what happens in life. Then as he was finishing the lock. The customers who got mad at him for telling him to ask next time for customer service. Came by and said he was sorry ,how he treated him. It seems I was in the right place at the right time. To help and then learn how lucky I’m at 72. To walk. Talk and live a wonderful life. I know someday, things will change. But for now , I thank Heavenly Father for what I got. My health , my family . My friends and to keep an open heart always.Yesterday...
