Update. Finally dine in and was very disappointed. There was no cilantro in my Tum Yum. I asked for it but never got. Duck is still on the menu, but since I haven’t been able to order duck for takeout, I was hoping to get it dining in, but it’s not available. They didn’t have boba as well, and no ice cream. I suggest updating the menu if you’re not going to serve the item for over a long extended time. I also got the sea food salad and it was very sweet, not sour and spicy like the last time I ordered. Still inconsistent!

3 stars because it’s a hit or missed. Not consistent. The first time I ordered from here was so delicious I ordered again the very next week. The Tum Yum soup was a little disappointed but I had my spicy Pad Thai so I was still happy with my food. The third time I ordered I asked for jungle curry with only salmon, but there was no salmon in my curry, and all the other type of meat was in it. I couldn’t even eat it. I called but it was 10 mins before closing time so I didn’t get through. I will continue to order the Pad Thai and Duck curry, but maybe not try...

I really enjoyed this place but noticed improper food handling techniques from one particular server. We spoke with management and requested that we not receive service from her. This request was granted with no issues, in fact, they gave us free food and drinks and thanked us for our feedback. Two Friday's ago, I ordered delivery from Kanda. They stated 20 minutes, at one hour I called and received much confusion on their end. The lady who took my order asked if I had called Uber Express? No, I had called Kanda, directly. The order arrived thirty minutes later. The entree ordered medium was under mild, and sweet, with no hint of any spice. The entree ordered mild was ultra spicy. The hot appetizer was cold and soggy. I walked it all back the next day, shared my concerns, they refunded my check except for the delivery tip, which I only gave because I use to successfully do this job and it isn't always the delivery guys fault. Not going to be returning here...
