Thai green curry is one of my favorite dishes, and I've ordered dozens over the years. I love any bold, spicy, fishy or fermented flavors. This one tasted rancid. I tried several bites to give it a chance, but I couldn't stomach it.
This is the only time in 10 years of ordering takeout from many restaurants that I've ever received a dish I believed to be spoiled.
We called the restaurant a couple days later to politely let them know. The owner's response was unprofessional and hostile. They chastised us over not calling sooner, over not knowing what curry tastes like. They refused to replace the curry with a noodle dish but eventually agreed to make a replacement curry.

I told her I wanted spicy, but when the food came it could hardly be called mild spicy. Maybe I should have ordered directly in Thai, but for the benefit of my English speaking friends I went with, I spoke in English. In any case, I finished the food and it was good, just didn't hit the spot. Next time I might try something else, but if I want larb, I might just make my own at home.
