It tends to be quieter and calmer than others, and it’s slightly hidden away from the main Chinatown area (I actually discovered it on accident). That makes it a great place to chill and relax amongst the hustle and bustle of the rest of the city. It is simultaneously on street level and on rooftop level thanks to being on a hill, and harbors views of 555 California Street, 333 Bush Street, the Hartford Building, and the Russ Building.
