This place is one of the last bastions of good tobacco and tobacco accessories. The service has been wonderful and the price is decent given how much California taxes tobacco to hell. I've seen a couple reviewers say you can't bring in your own ceegars, that's nonsense. And I've seen another say the service was bad, again, nonsense. I'd say if you come in with an 'holier than thou' attitude expect to be treated as such. From someone who's worked in retail service, remember, folks behind the register deal with asshats 9/10 times. What a great experience. I’m new(ish) to pipes, with only having purchased a cheap pipe from a local smoke shop about two years ago. I was able to find a great replacement pipe of a much nicer quality and craftsmanship than my last. AJ was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable! I not only did I leave with a fantastic new pipe, but I walked out with a much deeper understanding of how to use it.
