We had a fantastic time. The guide was great! She was bubbly, knowledgable and did an excellent job. The four stars as opposed to five is because we just stopped outside of buildings and listened to the history rather than actually go inside amd hear the stories inside where these claims of hauntings are actually happening. It was more of a real crime history walk (still very interesting) as opposed to actually visiting haunted sites. Nevertheless, we loved the experience and learned lots of new things about San Jose! First and most definitely not the last ghost tour I will take! Matt was an excellent tour guide. He had so much knowledge about San Jose's history and all the creepy things that come along with it.
