Westwind Enterprises Ltd — Attraction in San Jose

I am a tenant at lake perris village i have been trying to get ahold of corporate for the passed month Last month i called the office to have management charge my space rent. I spoke to a lorie and gave her permission to charge my sp rent after she said okay you are all good i assume she had charged my rent to my account. But she did not charged it did not do her job. Be for we hung up i let her know if they could leave our statement on our door like we have had for the past 7 years. The last few months they have been leaving the statement on car windows or house windows places that they should not be because they fall and or we wont see them. Lorie started yelling and cursing was very disrespectful Her response was that it was her that had been leaving statements and that She does not get paid for extra hours nor for doing any extra work and that that was not her job that west wind interprises did not pay their employees for after hours. i am pretty sure lorie was lying about not getting paid because she is still here. The manager of Canadian Shores MHC has a problem with running her mouth. We purchased a mobile home FSBO in this community which is up-to-date with lot rent through Oct 31, 2016. The manager lied and told us they controlled the home with a contract through the previous owner. There is no lien on the title and, as stated, the lot rent is paid through the end of the month. She then demanded a new deposit and lot rent otherwise she would "throw us out." This is a great example of a tyrannical community manager trying to squeeze tenants who wouldn't normally know any better. She should be ashamed.

Do not let this community manager bully you into paying unnecessary fees that go into her pocket. They work for a slum lord, the manager say one thing and do another they are thieves and liars and your rent goes up every year the electricity goes out, and the water gets shut off with minutes notice, they say one thing and do another next the homes in here are not worth buy let alone renting in here because the owner is going to sell his park before eminent domain they charge an administration fee when nothing is being administered they don't even do anything to help their residents they limit your gate keys there is no security your cars get stolen and they don't help you with finding the culprit also when the owners property like his trees damage your home he will not try and...
