We didn't realize they often change the art / decor all throughout the year. Was there in November and they had some very unimpressive holiday lights up. Not much of a view in the daylight and sadly didn't get to come back at night. I bet it would be beautiful if there were some other decorations and if the entire street wasn't closed and blocked...
