I went there a while back to get my ears pierced and one of the girls, I think her name was kayla I don't remember but she was really nice but she did it so slow I felt every little bit it went through my ear and the gun got stuck on my ear and she didn't know how to take it off, and after a minute she managed to take it off but my ear was aching more than it should of. When she went to do the second ear she did the same things again, I felt how slow she went and the gun got stuck again too. My point is (after this long post I just realized, sorry) the workers at Claires should be taught how to pierce the customers ears and how to make sure they aren't put on...

Had an awful experience. Got my ears pierced 6 months ago. On one earlobe the exit hole is about a quarter of an inch higher then the entry hole. I get the pierced area infected about every week.
