From the moment I began my deliveries to Target stores spanning from Fresno to Redding and Eureka, and those dotting the landscape between San Jose, Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon, I've had the pleasure of meeting many managers. But none have left an impression as strong as Tatiana, the team lead at one of these locations.
Tatiana's personality shines brighter than the star that graces the Target logo. She embodies the very essence of exceptional leadership, combining competence and warmth in a way that makes every interaction a memorable one. She is always prepared, professional, and more importantly, kind. Her approachable demeanor and unfailing cheerfulness are hallmarks of her character that make every visit a joy.
Her extraordinary abilities and attitude are such that they've compelled me to write this review, a first in my year-long experience of delivering to multiple Target stores. Tatiana stands as a beacon of positivity, embodying the kind of customer service that goes beyond the norm.
I can confidently say that any visit to this Target store is not just about delivering goods, but also about the joyful interaction with Tatiana, a team lead who undoubtedly makes the world a better place, one delivery at a time.
In a line of work where I encounter numerous managers every day, Tatiana's dedication, warmth, and professionalism truly stand out. Her outstanding management skills and genuine kindness are a testament to the great work happening at this Target store. I highly recommend a visit, and do remember to say...
Read moreI love that Target has drive-up service, and has since well before the current pandemic. They are experienced service is always super fast.
But at Target in Santa Clara—and ONLY Santa Clara (I have used this service at five different Targets since the start of the pandemic)—the team members ask me to reset the timer in the app. They come to my window and ask me to say I’m actually not at Target. Then I have to go in to the orders again, say I’m on my way again, confirm my car color and type again, and ONLY THEN will they scan my phone so I can I have the stuff I paid for.
The kicker is, they do it whether I’ve been waiting for five minutes or 90 seconds! It takes nearly 90 seconds to reset the timer! And five minutes is FINE! Significantly better than getting in the 6-foot spacing line for limited in-store occupancy (also a GREAT feature, good on Target!).
If Santa Clara Target think there’s no way corporate is going to call them out on this, their management needs to stop huffing the sharpies or be replaced. What an obvious con. The app has shoppers’ GPS!
Please stop this practice, and I will update to a good review. I’ve been coming to this Target since it opened. It’s clean and well-stocked, but you’re wasting my time asking me to lie for your messed-up...
Read moreI went to exchange an item of clothing that was a Christmas gift and didn’t have a purchase receipt First they told me to exchange for an item of the same price. I went and brought it to the front and then they said never mind. They asked me for my ID and said I could only make the exchange if they gave money back which I accepted So I told them to scan the exchange item (which was the same style brand of sweater just different size and color) and they wanted to charge me a new price which was almost more than the double of what they were crediting me Problem after problem I asked for my original item back and the lady said sorry we can’t give your item back .which is complete nonsense I asked her to bring her manager and the manager came to tell her to give me my original item back I had to talk to the my to repeat the entire process and only then did they returned my item to me It was an experience that if the workers had had common sense , they would have saved me time and a lot of anger just changing the item Absolutely horrible costumer service. They need to learn their own policies better to stop...
