Nathalie Home — Attraction in Santa Fe

I visited your store today and was overwhelmed with all the charm! I’m from Texas so the flag on the front porch and all the western decor and apparel was heaven. Unfortunately I missed the notes stating to not take photos. I snapped a few just to have a memory of my trip in Santa Fe. I was RUDELY yelled at by an employee or maybe he was the manager to stop taking photos. He could have kindly asked me to stop but instead he was extremely rude. Not exactly the “southern way” I’m accustomed to back home in Texas. I’ve been in retail for over 25 years and customer service is everything. Just fyi, I deleted my photos immediately. Wow, what a fun place for western items. So much variety. We picked up a one of a kind leather tulle garment bag and satchel. Will use them all the time. Super Happy. Great selection of boots as well and a variety of other items. Just go check it out.

I go to Natalie's for western wear, gifts and small items for my home. My most recent visit to this store I got an autographed book on Southwestern designed crosses as a present for my brother. I got a great Rooper brand ladies "cowgirl" shirt for me. Prices range from affordable to $$$$$. It is worth a trip just to see their silver collection. Take a look at the men's silver belt buckles.....the owner has great stories of his collection...
