Verizon store
Roberto has exceptional customer service. I switched my network from T-Mobile to Verizon. Family of 5 phones.
I was having a difficult time with one of my phones. T- mobile would not release the phone. I went back to get assistance hoping Roberto would be there.
He made a call out to them and they expedited the phone release. He also helped me with the connection to the Disney bundle 😇🥰 On top that he was about to go to lunch .😮 He still helped me with my issues with T- mobile.😊
I went in on Sunday and another gentleman with blue contact lenses said, I can not help you. You have to do it yourself. so I attempted to call T-Mobile with no luck. I was told the phone would be on hold for 72 hours. Now this line, I needed for business purposes.
Thank goodness, we still have “STELLER“service. Verizon should considered giving Robert a raise. 🙏😇
Thank you for makeing my experience great.

Target was a great addition. I often shop at Whole Foods Market. My wife likes Macy's. I enjoy walking around the mall to see what is new and stopping in stores that have been around for...
Read moreCoddingtown Mall has an incredible location. Situated beside Santa Rosa Junior College, right near downtown Santa Rosa, off the 101, you would expect the place to be bustling. Yet, I'm not sure if this is because of the mall design or for some other reason, it always feels empty compared to other Santa Rosa shopping centers. There's always parking (big plus), the people who have helped me there are friendly (big plus), and it's not too noisy (big plus). That said, there are some stores that have been closed for the better part of a decade.
There are definitely enough shops and restaurants around to waste a whole day here if you feel so inclined, though. Good amount of stores to...
