This was hands down the best jewelry experience of my life. My fiancĂ© and I where at Lido key to watch the sunset. We where only here on vacation from Colorado for a week and we had very limited time. We got to the shops right as most where closing. So we where window shopping. The wonderful owners saw me pointing and showing my finances jewelry in the window and was kind enough to ask if she could answer any questions. I was looking for a very custom piece. A very small pearl pendant, which isnât very common. I wanted one the color of the gulf of Mexico and something to always remind me of this one particular sunset. She and her husband pulled out a box of pearls and helped me create a one of a kind piece (after hours and way into the owners time to be able to have dinner with each other) just to make this artist smile. I would highly recommend them and also please check out the textile pillows. The owner is quite the artist. Iâm proud to have a piece made out of love from a loving couple, married 40 years. It will forever be a lucky charm and sit proudly on my neck. Thank you so...
Read moreWe went with my husband ( in that moment fiancé) to buy our wedding bands, the all experience was very painful!
After paying for the brideâs ring we saw a diamond missing in the ring ( the owner apparently didnât know) about the missing diamond. The groomâs ring wasnât available on his size, the owner ordered it online and told us that will be in the store next day( it wasnât true) We had to visit the store in 4 different occasions (1 hour each way in taxis from we were staying as tourists) before we requested a refund. We got married wearing our friends wedding bands because the owner of the jewelry lied to us and didnât have the rings ready as promised. He told us that his jeweler was on sick leave and couldnât repair the missing diamond ( doesnât he has other jewelers details for this kind of situations?) We requested a refund on the groomâs wedding ring and the refund was partially done, they kept part of the money but didnât explained the reason why and we already left the country.

Read moreWeâre visiting the Lido Beach area, as we frequently do, and were strolling around St. Armandâs Circle after breakfast. My wife was looking for a jewelry store, and I remembered Tilden Ross having some interesting pieces in their display. My wife took our young daughter in with her, and came out only a couple of minutes later, with an upset look on her face. Apparently, my wife asked the woman working behind the counter if she could show my wife some necklaces, and the woman began rattling off some prices, without ever having been asked. I may not be Jeff Bezos, but Iâm a physician, and my wife has her own business, so Iâm pretty sure we couldâve afforded most items in the store. Yet that saleswoman must have judged based on casual beach attire, and figured that we didnât belong. Spare yourselves the snobbish attitude, as there are scores of other stores with much better...
