I pay 10 dollars biweekly for a warranty on an 85 inch tv that only covers factory damage out of the box when we were told during installation it covers all unintentional damage. When our tv got unintentional damage Marco was very rude and said that was never said. I asked him if he was calling me a liar because both my husband and I were in the room speaking with Marco and JP when they were installing and that was their garantee at the time, Marco said no, he he "wasnt" he knows they "never said that". I asked then why would I pay so much money for a damage liability warranty? He responded that they CANT fix a tv of that size so on THIS product the warranty is ONLY for factory damage when it first arrives. That was NEVER told to me before purchasing because then I never would have wasted my money on a warranty. Tim and his ENTIRE CREW treated me like family, from the moment i walked in the door to the moment i left. And as a guy who used to have multipe commission based jobs, i could tell that it was genuine niceness and enthusiasm, & not the fake mask that car dealers put on. These guys were open about the costs, and fully transparent from start to finish over EVERYTHING! no hidden fees, and no upcharges. They also respected my budget and didnt try and upsell me on the most expensive possible merch just to get tht kickback. These guys saw my set price point i asked for and they aimed to get it even lower then that! And i am one satisfied customer! They also were more then happy to tell me about the warranty you receive that lasts throughout the entirety of the contract. Marco and JP came and when installing TV said any damage but intentional damage from mounting a TV is covered by the warranty, anything happens, even with the kids just give us a call. We had unintentional damage occur and when we called Marco for a replace or repair like their advertisement says and what they say in store he was very rude and said they never said that, all the warranty covers is factory damage out of the box which was not told to us and is the exact opposite of their guarantee and what they told us in person. Marco said our only options were to either buy a new tv through them or enjoy paying for a broken tv.
