Oh boy where to start, should I start with being told “I’ll be with you in a moment”, then I stand around for 6-7 minutes waiting, then go use the restroom, come back and proceed to stand there for another moment before deciding to go elsewhere because I’m not being served ? I was the first customer in this morning I shouldn’t be standing around waiting for someone to take my order, if you open for business at 5 am, at 5 am you should be ready to serve customers not tell customers you’ll be with them in a moment then disappear into the back room doing whatever.
I would suggest if you have things to do that you not stop here to have your time wasted simply because the staff is not ready...
Read moreTruthfully, this is 100% the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I had 30 minutes before an appointment and thought I'd stop and pick up a coffee. I ordered via mobile app, as I always do. My mobile order was sent as I was pulling onto the road. 12:28pm. I waited in this line for 33 minutes! I tried to give up, but the curb blocked me in. When I got to the window to claim my mobile order, a young teenager with a terrible attitude came on the speaker and said "just pull forward." Umm... okay. So unless you have 35 minutes to wait, stuck in the pick up line, for 1, on menu drink, consider skipping this...
Read moreI ordered my drinks ahead. So that I can pick it up and go to work but they didn't have it ready. The only thing that was ready was the croissant. On the app it said it should of been done by 2:16 and it wasn't so I waited 5 minutes more. One of the girls noticed and asked for me name and I gave it. She said my order will be up but I only got one of my drinks and not the other. I couldn't wait no more for the other one because I had to get to work. I was not very satisfied with what happened but at least I got one of my drinks...
