Panda Express — Restaurant in Saratoga Township

Ordered a family pack and small order of crab Rangoons, my total was $39.31 placed it online and paid with a $50 visa gift card. After picking up the order I went to use the remaining balance that should have been on the card ($10.69) to only find out that I have a balance of $2.83. so I call the card and hear that I was charged $47.17 at Panda Express, I called panda to tell them about the charges and the shift manager proceeds to tell me that they only charged me $39.31 on their end. Seems odd that on my end it shows $47.17 from panda but $39.13 on their end and yet somehow the difference is exactly 20%. Seems as if a tip was somehow entered either accidentally or intentionally who knows. I am just not happy at all that I was charged and nothing will be done because on their end I wasn’t charged any extra. Food overall was good, broccoli beef was 95% broccoli with 2-3 pieces of beef so will stick to the orange chicken next time. Make sure you all check your receipts everytime you just never know. My wife, a friend, and I went to the new Morris Panda Express for lunch. This Panda Express opened for dine-in service within the last few weeks, more or less. Upon entering, I saw a sigh, which stated "Due to coin shortage we are only accepting exact change and card payment". (See included photo). My friend only had a twenty dollar bill with which to pay for her food. As a result, I paid her bill with my credit card. I can't think of any other business in recent history that had an "exact change" sign displayed. If everybody else can give change, I don't know why, with proper planning, this establishment can't. After ordering our food, we moved to the cash register area, where the bottled drinks were. There were only a few bottles of water, one bottle of some red colored drink, and a few cans of something. (See included picture). The cashier said that was all they had and that the soft drink machine was out of order. Bad planning. We all got bottled water. This location is great! Amazing! And the staff is extremely nice and very friendly! The food is extremely good, and I am very excited to have a panda in a town I live in. The past posted reviews that are currently giving a 1-3 star review, I would disregard those completely. Every "boomer" and "Karen" always complains about something. I read something about the "coin shortage" and they cryed about it. Did people forget that we are going through a hard time as an economy. These signs are posted in every store that I go to. The next thing I want to address is the food. The food was very well prepared, very tasty and honestly for the 20-25 panda location I have been to, this is in the top 3 of my list. I will continue to come back and tell everyone about it. So again please disregard all the reviews complaining about how this place opened up to a "authentic" Chinese restaurant that had been there for 15 years lol. Panda will always win my heart and these people that complain don't want to accept the change the world...
