Poor customer service, ask me to insert my card right away for return. I called back and asked if they could void it and redo it because a refund takes 3/4 business days , i an pregnant and I explained this to the manager of the store that i needed this money for my medication, she refused. Typical trendy store cheaply priced with quality to match generally. I do love their fleece lined leggings for winter thou. For those complaining about the lack of a fitting room it is done as a loss prevention measure. Most retail theft occurs in fitting rooms therefore by not offering the option they are able to cut down on their shrink and pass that savings onto the customer. However they do allow returns and exchanges within 21 days so the absence of fitting rooms is really not...
