Never visit this place. I won’t even mention how cramped and dirty this place is, how employees do little to cleanup all the mess inside of the store, BUT what is really worth mentioning is their attitude towards customers. This is the first time ever a store associate made my girlfriend CRY for 30 minutes straight because of how awful we’ve been treated JACKIE - never ever deal with this manager. She’s the worst manager not only the shop owner, but also a regular customer could ever think of.
What we simply wanted to do is to make a simple return; moreover, we have initiated a return process beforehand with the headquarters. Because of Victoria’s Secret’s complicated return system - we’ve been assigned a case id which would provide all necessary information related to our return and steps for store associates on how to properly make a return for us. The only thing was left just to bring the items back and get money back. All items were bought only 1 day ago and were never worn. Because of COVID-19 there was no chance for us to check the size in store, so we had to buy it, bring it home, see if it fits and then return it. Simple as that. Clean, brand new items with the original receipt had to be taken care of in no time, but not for JACKIE.
Per headquarters instructions we were asked to come to the store and ask a store manager call headquarters to provide them with necessary information on how to properly perform the return. Guess what Jackie does? She argues with us, scream at us, and says she can’t do it. She does all her best to resist doing what we ask her to do and what headquarters asked to fix The best thing she did was to walk up to one of the employees and ask to try process return, which eventually didn’t work because it had to be processed together with headquarters. Jackie said she did everything she could do for us....well...by simply staying next to the associate while she was trying to process return. Jackie said she did everything she could do for us. Funny right? She didn’t even bother to process return herself - she asked an employee to do it for her. After numerous times of us asking her call the Victoria Secret headquarters with our case number she kept refusing and getting angry at us. But you know why? Because she doesn’t want to and it’s already a closing time. No way Jackie would put any extra minute of her precious time on us.
The finale of this situation was that we asked if we can call headquarters ourselves and make her to them - she simply yelled at us, took her radio and called for the security to kick us out!?!? This is the first time I’ve ever seen a store manager who was just beyond being rude, aggressive, impatient and simply disrespectful to her customers.
Beware of this store if you don’t want to be left without money, with underwear that you cannot use, and be astonished by the most inhuman behavior someone could...
Read moreI had the most wonderful experience at this location and it was all due to one special associate. On my first visit to this location I was shopping for over 45 mins and had my arms completely full, because I always tell myself that I am just coming in for one or two items, lol. Well as usual I didn't stick to that and what was unfortunate was that none of the associates, who were just standing around talking to each other, offered any assistance to me in getting me a shopper or in helping me find anything. So I went about my business, happily finding more and more deals, as it was the Semi Annual Sale. Then I was in a bind, I couldn't for the life of me find a panty to a particular bra I wanted to match and I couldn't even set anything down to see what I already had without causing a Hugh commotion. When an angel came swooping in and saved the day. This angel's name is Olesya Smal, and she was the sweetest thing. First she asked if I needed a shopper and then what else she could help me with... Oh boy, did she ask the Wrong person! Haha 😅😉 Well she didn't hesitate to search ever nook and cranny of that store to find a matching panty for that bra, because I saw her doing it, and she found one! When she was done helping me she set out to assist some other poor lost soul.... She was a true blessing that day.... And then I had the pleasure of seeing her in action on another occasion when I came back a few weeks later. She was up at the register and moved like the wind. She was on top of everything and knew Everything! I was very impressed, especially since I am a former employee of Victoria's Secret, and I know the dedication and hard work it takes to get anywhere in that place. She's an ALL STAR!!! KEEP THAT YOUNG LADY!!! Great location and great store!! Love the selection!! So much better than my Vernon Hills location....

I only gave 4 stars due to the fact the first time I placed a pick up order from VS, I was told to go to the PINK checkout counter. Had to wait in line for something I'd already shopped for, they don't have a pick up lane 😒 This last time I came in to pick up, I learned from the first time to go the PINK check out counter, you would assume that's their regular right? Well, I stand in line again, this time I'm not complaining because I knew I'd have to wait like the rest of the customers shopping at the store even though I was picking up.. right? So I'm waiting a good 10 minutes, then it's my turn. When I get there and tell the employee, who had very nice eyelashes and her eyeliner was on POINT btwww👌🤌🤌 --- I'm told to head back over to the front of the VS store and that an employee would help me there. 😮💨 Very disappointing. So whateva, I make my way; and I stand in front of the store, as I was told, and I assumed since she radio-ed her co workers I was here for a pick up, I'd be approached. But nah. 😔 I waited awkwardly and then I decided I had to say something otherwise, how would they know right? They're not mind readers! So I see this girl, looks new, is new actually, cos she then called one of the other girls (she's usually one of the more outgoing workers there, I never remember her name but she has curly brown/ blonde hair, great smile and personality and intrapersonal skills 💯 yk?), and she greets me and proceeds to take care of me as well as trains the first girl I'd asked.
