Oh holy pepperoni! This is what I call a pizza place, the love that I have for this pizza has resulted me in having it at least 50 times, and I will never get tired of it (I’ll share just a few pictures below of these masterpieces). As an experienced pizza enthusiast Nevadan (which isn’t saying much, but says enough) this is easily the GOAT of all pizzas in the entire world! You can tell that all the ingredients are hand selected and it shows in the final product that you are paying for the best of the best. I’ve been there when the crew is making the dough and these guys seriously go the extra mile for an amazing pizza, the cooking process is so intricate and amusing and the aroma the cooked dough gives off is celestial. The pizza chefs at this spot are absolute specimen and I can tell every slice of mozzarella is sliced to perfection, the pepperonis are placed with intent, the sauce is spread with care and the dough.. oh the dough please please don’t ever go. How does this master pizza chef Adrian do it? I’ll tell you, by caring about making people happy and being passionate about his product, which he has surely done. He definitely gets a spot in my Hall of Fame. I WISH I WAS RELATED TO THIS MASTERMIND!!!! I love this pizza so much I’ve decided to end this review with a haiku about Crisp Premium Pizza:
artistry in craft made with excellence daily divine...
Read moreAfternoon in Scottsdale, went for tea and fell in love with this pizza place! At first we strolled by then half heartedly decided to try for the first time and so thankful did.
First the staff (Matt) was friendly, patient and perfect rapport, very enjoyable to talk with. Hands down great customer service.
Then the pizza, omg - seductively delicious homemade sauce. The sauce reminded me of pizza I had in northern Italy many years ago. Had ordered the 5x10, cheese and pepperoni incredible topped with extra portirno cheese (about 2 slices), and shared with my husband (who wasnt hungry until he had "tried" one bite lol). I had picked all the toppings off the crust because of gluten/ stomach issues. Then after talking with the owners wife, Bonna, explained to me the flour for the dough is from Italy and does not mess with the stomach like most pizza's. I was astonished, and I had some (that my husband had not finished yet) and I had no stomach issues after, it was soo good.
It is now one of my favorite places. Soon as I left I shared with one of my girl friends who is from the east coast telling her that she & her husband have to try this place, hoping to come back and do a double date with them here soon.
The quality and love that is put into this food is top notch. The service is outstanding and these are good people.
Sorry, took no pictures of the...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I came in at 7:50 last night. We walked up to the counter and were told if we wanted to order something we'd need to eat outside because they close in 10 minutes. We said that was fine and hurried over to read the menu on the wall, he immediately shut off all the lights in the dining area. When we pointed out that we couldn't read the menu with the lights off, he rolled his eyes, smacked a paper menu down on the counter that was half illuminated by the kitchen lights, and let us know that no other customers have ever had a problem with him shutting the lights off on them. Needless to say I won't be returning.
WOW! See his response. We were definitely not intoxicated before 8pm on a work day! I didn't look at the time, I was just going off you saying "We close in 10 minutes." And as I said, it was ALL of the lights in the dining area. We couldn't read the menu a foot in front of us it was so dark. I don't need to try a product when the owner is so rude. Maybe some people will deal with that, but for everyone else, I recommend grimaldi's down the street. And they don't close at 8 which is insane for a restaurant in old town period, but then to shut down even earlier than that and snap attitude at paying customers? Again, if you want to skip the attitude problem and time constraits there's plenty of other pizza places to...
