Is there less than 1 star? Horrid manufacturing, communication, and delivery. I ordered 4 pieces, my experience has been horrid with each, which Iāll explain in turn. 1) bed: I ordered a bed, aside from it being months late, I got a call about 5 months in - and 2 months late-, that they couldnāt make it bc of a fabric availability issue. Two days later a delivery company calls me to set up delivery; 2) I ordered a couch in February for delivery end of May. At the end of June, I get notification that itās in Ohio awaiting delivery to Phoenix. Iām told that twice. Then, a week later I get a call that the fabric is discontinued and if I want to order it in another fabric, itāll take 14 weeks; 3) I ordered a dining table shown as āin stockā- Iāve now been waiting 3.5 months; Iām obviously cancelling it; And finally, I ordered a chair, itās a month or so behind but I have zero faith Iāll ever see it.
I understand manufacturing delays and shipping delays, but my experience is not that. Itās complete disorganization, disregard for the customer, inability to manufacture & dishonesty. I mentioned the Cosm chair then he helped me consider the best options for me. He showed me everything A-Z about the Herman Miller chairs and after I was fully informed, it was quite apparent I wanted the Aeron B chair. Wow, what a great experience at exactly the right moment in time!

After making two inquiries, I was finally told there was a delay and the other two would ship on June 3. June 3 came and went with no numbers. The associate I chatted with them told me that I was wrong and there was no delay. A manager later apologized. I was assured after writing this review that I would get updates. I did not.
