Dolce Aesthetics — Attraction in Scottsdale

Went to get some lip fillers done here after purchasing a Groupon and trying to find a new spot in the area. The front desk staff were fine- they were kind and greeted me when I came in. When the nurse injector came out she almost acted awkward that I had arrived, was not confident, didn’t speak to me about what she thought should be done, she asked what I wanted and said she would go to get the product. She seemed very reluctant to be doing her job, and not that thrilled that I was in her chair. Not sure about other people out there but I feel when someone is injecting needles into your lips and face, close to blood vessels, you would want to feel like you could trust them, and some degree of reciprocity when it comes to what you are there to do. Not one word spoken the entire time. Very shady, unimpressed experience and clear to me that not all nurse injectors are created equal. If you are desperate this will do the job, otherwise go somewhere where you can feel a little more secure, and happy going through this experience. Actually feel very regretful I came here, and felt sad and a high degree of let down...

I had some Botox and some fillers done here and they were great. I had previously had some done at the other location in chandler and I had not been impressed. I got a deal on group on for the fillers and at the time there was an even better deal that was told to me by the injector. She was super nice I can’t remember her name but she was really friendly and helpful.

The deal was terrific so I had injections to my labio lines lips and some Botox to my forehead. The nurse injector was very skilled, I didn’t feel it nearly as much as I had the time before and I also didn’t feel rushed like I had been in the past. The nurse took her time with me and made sure I felt comfortable and felt good about things. She gave me a popsicle icey to put on some injections that swelled a bit and that was helpful. She told me what to expect over the next few days and I felt like I was in safe hands.

I can’t talk on the full results yet due to my lip fillers being swollen still, however so far I do like the results. This is about the experience... The lady I had did share SOME good advice on my lips so not all was bad, however said bad things about juvaderm ultra filler (which I was getting) and made me extremely nervous and considered walking out. Also heard staff talking about clients in the back room and it was not positive. Place was clean and not all was negative but definitely won’t come back cause the experience was not the best I’ve had at all... sorry Dolce I hate writing negatives but I was so excited about getting this and the experience just really wasn’t professional :( and unfortunately I wouldnt recommend your place to anyone...
