I've been to a few medical spas, looking for a safe space to share my concerns, find a good skin care plan, and personalized advice on the right products and procedures for my skin.

By far this is the nicest experience l've had from beginning to end. The space is gorgeous. From front staff to my esthetician Adri, everyone is so warm and inviting.

I am 49 years old and dealing with the dreaded aging skin issues, wrinkles around the eyes, some hormonal acne, dry skin - you know all the nice phrases that come along with "mature" skin. I'm using that term now, especially every time I'm looking for makeup, moisturizer, and ANY skin care products!

To be honest, before I found ADRI I had felt lost on how to deal with my skin. What to use?? Even feeling a lil' embarrassed, even though I know It's normal for our skin to change as we age, it does seem to come as a shock when makeup doesn't look as good anymore. It's frustrating. I did feel vulnerable going in.

Adri made me feel so comfortable from the start. From greeting me in their lobby, then taking me back into the beautifully designed rooms. We talked about all the things that bother me. Things I usually share with my sister that make me feel not so good. She was so easy to talk to, to share her knowledge, and excited about the service she was going to perform on me.

I had Vivace RF microneedling done. She explained step by step my procedure. How it works, why it will help me, what to expect. Even during she would share the benefits of what she was doing, and then the best after care maintenance. She was so excited for me when she was performing the parts around my eyes and other areas that bothered me. I thought that was so sweet. It let me know she listened to my concerns.

I could tell she really loves skin care and helping me, and others, feel better. Other times during my procedure, I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the pampering.

My micro needling procedure went well. It felt just like Adri said. I left feeling like I had a light sun burn, a little tight feeling in skin. It looked brighter! My skin did not turn too red, mostly because I don't usually sunburn anyways. More fair skin people may have different reaction of course. I purchased the serum Adri recommended to help moisturize and heal faster and it really did. So far, my skin feels great and my sis and family says looks great.

I left feeling so excited for the final results and happy that I was being proactive about my skin, that I had MY OWN skincare plan!!

By the way, I'm one week out and my skin looks clearer, brighter, and healthier every day! It feels smoother. My makeup goes on better. I can't wait every morning and night to use my cleansers and products.

I recently returned to SkinLab after months away, and I was reminded why I love this place so much! The entire staff is absolutely amazing ,kind, professional, and welcoming. The space itself is always clean, chic, and inviting, making every visit such a relaxing experience. The team always makes me feel so beautiful and confident. Clara was incredibly informative about my skincare routine, giving me great tips to keep my skin glowing. And Talor is truly amazing! Every little detail I wanted to accomplish, she did flawlessly. I had an incredible experience at Skin Lab all thanks to Christina. It was my first time getting any sort of injections done. The days leading up to my appointment, she ensured I was taking the right precautions before the injections. She did an excellent job making sure I was educated and also comfortable throughout my treatment. I got some Daxxify for my forehead and inner brows. I also got some filler in the chin. The fillers were minimal but the perfect amount to bring amazing results!! I didn’t leave feeling like I got too much or too little work done.

Having an Asian and Black ethnic background, it was so important for me to find the right injector. Christina is educated on the differences to properly inject according to my facial features. Since moving to Phoenix, I have found that it’s hard to come by knowledgeable injectors that can provide the right services for patients with ethnically diverse backgrounds. I’m so happy with the outcome!
