I lived in Stellar for one year and it was a fantastic time in a very nice and cozy place! I’d like to dive deeper in my review to explain what exactly made me so happy, and also address a few negatives that weren’t enough to remove stars but certainly a few things to note. Here’s the summary: PROS: Great staff and maintenance Beautiful well-located building with gorgeous views of the cityscape and of Lake Union Gorgeous units with all new everything and wonderful AC Well-located downtown and right on bus-line CONS: Stacker parking is often not working properly Building shakes when busses go by Small gym Price is high My first look at Stellar was just a few months after the building opened and the management team that was in place at that time wasn’t the best. After moving in, they were very unprofessional, not helpful and constantly not knowing answers and giving wrong information. I just figured that’s because the place was new but it was still irritating. Maybe five or six months later, all the management changed out to what we have now. I’d like to say that this team is fantastic! Very professional, informative, courteous, easy-going but also will get on top of something if it needs addressing. I’ve had nothing but great interactions with them! Despite a few bad reviews I’ve read, my apartment has been in tip-top shape and everything has been working flawlessly in my unit. Seemingly, things are made quite well and not using cheap parts. Both the look and the utility of everything is top-notch. My favorite stand-out feature of the units is the AMAZING air-conditioning in all the units! I’m soooo spoiled by this now. I can run it often and hardly affects my power bill at all. It keeps good air circulating and controls the warm and cool air beautifully. You can program/time it and it’s all very easy to use and definitely a step above most other apartments in Seattle. For the common areas of Stellar: views from the rooftop and the lounge are impressive and overall the amenities are pretty nice. I don’t use the gym myself, but I will say the gym is very small, something you don’t often see in Seattle. Packages are always delivered securely and I’ve not had one problem with packages, and I order things often. The building itself has a couple of things of note, though I personally wasn’t affected by them. For one, the building shakes whenever the bus goes by. It’s not super crazy or obvious but you do feel it. Second, the “stacker” parking is constantly not working well or at all. Luckily, I chose not to take that as my parking spot. I think it’s a good idea for people who use their cars once a week or less, but for anyone doing daily driving, definitely don’t take the stacker! Sadly, the overall parking situation isn’t great as there aren’t many spots. There are some new spots opening up nearby, however. Ultimately I decided to move out and that was really just due to the incredibly high price of the neighborhood. I got a concession when I moved in of six weeks free, but with rent raising upon renewal and no more concession, it was just too expensive for an open one-bedroom. I opted to move outside of downtown Seattle and get a 2-bedroom for a hair less in price, also in a nice new building. Honestly, my time at Stellar was… well… stellar! Staff was amazing and the unit was gorgeous. I was definitely will miss living the luxury lifestyle and all the great people there!

Was able to rent relatively easily for Seattle and me and my partner have been loving our space, the location, and the amenities. There's a very clean and put together feel about the place. All the staff have been helpful and kind. Can't speak enough about the nice location too, feels like a tiny escape from "downtown" downtown. Loved all the design of the place too.

Great location on the quieter side of SLU. I visited this apartment during pre-leasing and the staffs were super welcoming. Elizabeth was the agent that led my tour and she was super friendly and helpful!

I left a review previously but due to managements complaints with the review it was taken down. I’ve emailed management twice about the issues with the impact noises I’ve been hearing that have been activity waking me up. The first response was met with the details for lease termination and stating that the neighbors have never had a complaint previously, which kind of implies that I’m lying. When then given clear video evidence of the impact noises I’d been hearing their response was then accusing me of leaving a review under a different account which doesn’t belong to me and offering solutions I had informed that I’ve tried rather than attempting to mitigate the problem at hand (the clearly disturbing noises). Mind you, this is my first couple of experiences with management in regards to a complaint and it’s been met with primarily accusatory response and solutions that have already been attempted and failed which I had informed them about. I’ve also been accused of not maintaining an open line of communication primarily due the review I left and a review left by someone else which I’ve been accused of drafting, to which I offered evidence of my only Gmail account which was met with a screenshot of a review the individual had left previously at my old building further accusing me of writing reviews from a random account that does not belong to me, to which I offered further evidence of my only Gmail. I’m just hoping this isn’t a long term issue with management because I’ve never been met with such accusatory responses from management and I just hope this helps someone...

Beware of package thieves in this building! I have had multiple packages stolen from the package room, which has no records of what packages come in and out of.

Long story (not really) short, I had a package delivered to the apartment right before I left on my trip, therefore I couldn't get my package until 2 weeks later. After my trip, I checked the package room and could not find it.

I spoke to the front desk about my missing package and they keep telling me to contact UPS or the company I purchased my items from. Even though UPS had proof they delivered it, the apartment refuses to check the cameras in the package room, I am curious if it even works.

They told me that unless I knew exactly what the box looked like, there was no way they could tell who took the package and told me they didn't want to accuse the wrong person??? If only I got the package, I'd know what the box looked like :)

In previous apartments I have lived at, the package room installed cameras that could zoom in to the address and identify who took your package. This package contained an item over $300 and now I am out of my money and product. Clearly someone in this building is stealing packages because it was not the first time I had to deal with this and the building management is refusing to do anything useful, even though they claimed they would check...
