Poor customer service. My fiancé and I worked with Brittany on a custom design for our Save the Dates. The overall design and quality of the paper and invitations was great. We were very happy with the finished product. It's the customer service at Pike Street Press that needs improvement. Multiple times when still in the drafting stages, Brittany would set a deadline for herself for when the next mockup would be emailed to us, and she repeatedly missed her self-imposed deadlines. She also neglected to at least send a note to let us know things were delayed. Once the design was finalized, it took 3.5 weeks to print the invitations. All she ever told us was "I'll let you know when they're ready" but as weeks went by, she never sent us updates; we had to reach out to her to ask about the progress (more than once) and each time she'd reply with a really vague answer on timelines. For the first few hours they refused to refund my deposit back. After a lengthy discussion with the manager, I was told I would be refunded my deposit, which I still haven't received yet. And that...
Read moreSuper cute little store full of printed-right-here letterpress notecards, prints, etc plus lots of other desk/stationery goodies, writing and drawing implements, gifts for kids, PNW gifts, stickers, T shirts, and more. For the things they make, the designs are great and feature a mix of themes and feels so you’re likely to find something appropriate for what you need. It’s pretty cool to see the letterpress machines right in the store, too.
I always stop here when I am in the area and stock up on a few cards- one of the better places in the...
