It was much better than i anticipated! The existing information on their webpage wasn't very informative about what the experience would be like, which was a bit frustrating, to be honest. The activity starts off with a quirky immersive video (overacting just enough to make it comedic), that gives some bits of historical information and some safety instructions. What it fails to explain is that the ride is something entirely different, and in a different room. i won't go into detail, so that i don't ruin the experience for those who haven't gone before, though. But, it's important to know that the "ride" itself involves you necessarily being strapped into your chair with just a seatbelt, and the line of seats moves around a bit (it is a ride, but it's not a roller coaster). You don't go inverted, nor even close, but the movement and sensations, coupled with the complete 180° curved display in front of you, makes it feel much like you are flying alongside the eagle on the screen (a premise they don't really communicate very well beforehand). The scenes jump from location to location in an odd way sometimes, and, as a professional in the AV industry, i felt the video processing and production could have been easily done better (as well as the script writing and website). But, i must say that the experience was cooler than i thought it would be, in many ways. One of the teenage members in our group wanted to ride again right away!
So, some possibly important info, before you try it out: If you have vertigo issues, it might not be advised - i have serious vertigo issues and didn't have a problem, however my wife was nauseous afterward, and another member of our group who has some vertigo issues simply didn't go, which was a good decision on her part - so, your mileage may vary in that regard. If you are riding, and get dizzy, i recommend leaning forward a little, and looking to the sides/ends of the ride, where you might see the room which isn't moving - it might help. There are some flashes of lights, but they aren't intense, from my perspective, and certainly not repetitively prolonged. There are some artificial scents... Flowery smells and pine... But, that's all i noticed, and they didn't bother me at all (i am sensitive to smells). If you bring a backpack, they'll have to take them off to the side during the ride. The ride lasts approximately 20 minutes, but you may have to wait for the previous showing to end - the waiting area is outside, and not under cover.
Despite the shortcomings i noticed, the experience was still enjoyable for the members of my group, ranging from 8 to 70-something. And, i found it to be worth the admission price, which was considerably more than i expected. It is something i would consider doing again, and i am one of those people who rarely like to watch a movie more than once. So, that's...

Read moreRating: 4.4/5 the idea is great, where they take you a quick tour across some of the major attractions in Washington state, in a way that looks like as if you are flying. the ride is super nice and it honestly gives you the feeling that your flying. it is so interactive where you can feel the water splash and smell the tulips fragrance. the small presentation is also nice and funny.
three things made is 4.4 rather than a 5: 1- the ride is super short , maybe 3 mins, and compared to the price 17/adult, this is a very expensive ride considering the duration. 2- i wish if they have included more attractions and if they give you a guide or some small piece of paper after you are done, showing the names of the places that you have seen in the ride, because if you are a tourist and saw some nice places in this ride, you definitely want to know where these ones are and what is the name. 3- the waiting time is a bit long even though it was in Feb and the number of people were very few.. we were maybe 10 in the line and we had to wait more than 20 mins which doesn't make a lot of since back then.. but i guess once you are inside the building you will get to understand why you were waiting outside.. because the building is too small, so i guess there must be a price reduce because of these things, or they make it better and keep the price same. but afterall it was a nice experince and one of a kind in Seattle area. recommended...
