I was having a really bad day and I honestly only came in to browse for a minute or two because I had already picked out furniture at 'the other guys' and was just sick and tired of looking and the shady and annoying salespeople. I figured I'd browse around for a mirror. As soon as I walked in I was given a warm greeting by Julieta who welcomed me to Bob's and kindly offered her assistance. I flatly told her I'd rather be left alone because I really was in a horrendous mood. This is because I was just sick and tired of salespeople showing me items that are underwhelming but pushing and pushing. Her response was that her goal is to make sure that every customer "enjoys their time with us at least for a browse and if the need arises I am readily available to help." That was very kind. I advised her that I wasn't looking to buy anything because I had already picked out something from 'the other guys' and figured I'd pop in on the way to my car for a mirror. Her response to this was that although I found the items I wanted at the other place, the vast selection at Bob's is of great quality, and cost friendly, and that she wouldn't take too much of my time considering I am just browsing, but she is highly familiar with the inventory and could even shorten my browse by leading me to something that is of my exact taste and let me continue browsing from there. This may be one of the sales tactics I've come across.
I told her I want something striking but not gaudy, unprecedented but in an inviting way. Very comfy but functional. Must match a dark grey floor. I like corduroy but, it's a bit heavy on the eyes.
She says "Sophia. You will love Sophia, Come."
I thought she was talking about another person. She goes "this is Sophia, you get corduroy which you like, and have the modern look." As I go to tell her I love it, she goes, "but wait how big is your space?" She pulls out a pink measuring tape (classy move, shows attention to detail) and we measure. She says "lose this chaise, do the 3 piece sectional, and take the Sofia Chaise Lounge. There you have your striking but not gaudy, comfy yet functional. Corduroy but not too much corduroy."
As someone always in a rush, alI could muster up was "I'll take it. It's perfect."
At this point I'm thinking that she has this 'Je ne sais quoi.'
Okay Julieta, you got it. Let's see if you can go two for two.
"How about your bedroom sets?" ...... "What are your thoughts?" ...... "Opulent yet subtle, luxurious but modest. Warm, inviting perfect lighting." She shows me one set. I tell her "I like it, but I don't love it." She asks "what's it missing?" I told her "feng shui."
"....right this way."
She shows me the Contempo 5 piece bedroom set...She points to it....."Feng shui," she says. Sense of humor. It lightened my mood.
sigh of relief this is just too perfect.
"I'll take it."
She points to the tall stand up mirror that matches the set and goes. "Your mirror you were looking for."
"Perfect. I'll take it."
Where did you find this person? I came in for a mirror. I was only going to my car to get my wallet. I spent over 5 grand and I couldn't be happier. You guys have a unicorn on your hands. I'll be back for my dining room set once I see how my current purchase fills my space.

I bought a couch for my living room in 2023, and it's still in great condition, but my second purchase was horrible. I usually refrain from writing negative reviews, but sharing my experience with BOB's Furniture is necessary. If you would like to order any furniture, please avoid ordering from BOBs.I ordered a bedroom set that included a nightstand, dresser, and bed frame, and it took them four months to deliver what was supposed to arrive in one month. I had to take time off work to accommodate their delivery schedule, which was inconvenient because they came five times to deliver items to my home since everything came in several pieces. Despite being told I would be compensated, I only received a $300 refund of the $2000 I was charged, which didn't cover my inconvenience. I requested a discount for an additional nightstand for the extended wait and time off work, and they said that they dont give anything for free as if my days off from work are also given to me for free. I was surprised at their lack of customer service. I'm amazed at how they would rather pay two men to deliver and supposedly assemble one nightstand instead of giving me a discount on a nightstand I offered to pick up at the store myself. They need to be more consistent with their delivery as well. I came across an issue with all my delivery dates and had to make extreme changes at the last minute because customer service would tell me that I was receiving only one item while the delivery personnel would say otherwise. One of my delivery appointments was set for 9:45 to 11, and I received a call at 8:30 that they would be there in 5 minutes. This will be my last purchase from Bob's.
